Unless you use an anthro avatar. Than some people hate you for no reason. My character is a Protogen, I just think they're cool, whatever. I'm used to the "eww furry trash" crap, but I did wind up needing to have a go at some guy who was tormenting my little brother who was using a Zootopia Nick Wilde avatar at the time. This person was screaming profanities at him cus I guess he thought he was a furry too, when he was actually just an 8 year old kid using a Disney character avatar. Quite blatantly told him to quit screaming at the 8 year old, if he wanted to spout his anti-fur hate at someone than do it at me, and told him in no uncertain terms to leave the hid the hell alone. He seemed taken back, than started screaming at ME, but by now we'd amassed a crowd and the child protection forces of VR/Chat rose up and vote kicked the guy. Rest of the night was great, real cool group of people. My bro was fine, he had muted the guy, bu I just wasn't having it. So much selective hate online. I'm a furrry. Woopty doo. I'm just a normal guy, just like anyone else, I just also think protogens are cool and made one for my character.

Bro im dead that furry part was so funny and its true too. I just got vr a couple weeks agos and yes you see that stuff all the time and A LOT of other weird stuff as well there's always gonna be a new experience in vr chat I hope I run into you one day on there haha.

Ah yes. VRChat. Where you can have a public room of a couple of guys talking politics in the corner, a couple of furries in the middle being furries, a guy keeping the Ugandan Knuckles meme alive and running around shouting "DO YOU KNOW DE WEY?" and then have some nine year old kid running around screaming racial slurs at everyone before you hear his mum screaming at him in the background and hearing a mighty slap and the kid crying.
This was last night in VRC for me by the way.

VRChat is a weird game. Out of context nothing makes sense. I saw a robot explaining the difference between "me too" and "to me" to a catboy while a tiny Australian Dio pretending to be a Japanese girl got so frustrated with his shit lesson that he broke character to explain it to him with google translate.
