The freezeframe of your face in the cross crosshare is the best! 😆 As you're going over technique all I could think is "Is this how you got that gnarly scar, but your miracle brow made it back anyway?" Love Charlie's hair in this video!
Love this channel, probably one of the most informative ones I've seen. We all get to learn strikes and cooking techniques from a legit pro. Also mad respect for Charlie, you have to have real trust and faith in someone to not clock you in the face when they move elbows that fast.
0:22 “Charlie..I have a RUclips channel I don’t use..girl”.😂 The Queen♠️ simply just tells it how it is. That’s just one of many reasons why I’m glad I subscribed!
The way that you put things into context in these videos is awesome, I watch MT and Kickboxing when I can find it, and I now understand what I see in those matches so much more. Can't help but feel this is the start of a BRE fight club that y'all don't tell anyone about though...
Charlie's so confident with the effectiveness of her elbow she should use the move to win the NXT women's championship 😂. Another fantastic video btw, love utilizing the drills in my workouts, will definitely add this too my list 😁
I love this. And thank you for the tip on the pads. I was actually trying to find some but didn't see any good ones. Also love that diagram. I used to mark the floor like that with cones in a gym I went to. I picked it up in some footwork drills from practicing Filipino martial arts. A lot of people laughed. The only person that understood it was the homie that was a coach for Muay Thai, bjj etc. Cause he also did Filipino martial arts. I knew that was used for the body as well. But never thought of it used for the face.
Shayna brings the knowledge, Charlie brings the vibes. Love it 🙌 Although admitting that she doesn’t even watch your videos...after you spent time plugging her channel too! The #UoU still lives on...
You are at the top of the food chain! School’in all of these wanna be tough paper champs. You keeps it really real. So official. I like ya style. Crazy day in chi-town last night!
I like the aspects of what your teaching and also the drills on what your doing Miss Shayna , I'm a black belt 3rd degree but I love to learn new things and your good on teaching.(grey jedi)
That's actually a good way to protect yourself if someone tries anything. I did learn some self defense moves due to a neighbor I had he was a guard officer I guess is the word for a jail/prison.
Charlie says "No chops for you!" 😅 Shayna should be an actual trainer, whether in WWE or MMA or . . . She's seems to be very good at breaking down the mechanics of various moves & holds. Plus being easy to listen to. Unfortunately I don't believe WWE knows how to utilize much of their talent, including the BAEz. I hope they wake up. 👍✌❤
You're striking ability is so awesome the straight jabs into a elbow strike would definitely stun a opponent anyway hope you have a amazing and blessed day shayna 😊 keep up the great work
Why do I get the vibe that Charlie is Super Happy to be in a video with her Big-Sis Shayna? It's almost like she hasn't seen you in forever (hyperbole, I know)!
First giving honor to Baez. I truly love the knowledge you speak. Second to her multitude of fans I am well aware of who she is. I understand that she is a character. However appreciation to her. Yes I find her very attractive but has nothing to do with why I appreciate her or follow. Stay off my page please
I've learned a lot about the sport watching the #QueenOfSpades' videos. Not only a talented fighter but a talented teacher. Also, I love how Charlie was anticipating the overhand chop at the end. Awesome lesson. Keep it up!
Tysm, Shayna❤!! Now I can add this to how I learnt to box someone's teeth down their throat. Can't thank you enough for being a strong rock that inspired me to be a sword in this weird world 🙏
Love throwing a good elbow..cool video..luv your techniques. So disappointed waiting for RAW last week to see The Queen of Spades kicking some ass and then just a glimpse of you backstage..hopefully this week The Queen of Spades will be in the ring..!!
This is really easy. Because it's like throw a fake punch then open your hand and move your arm back then go right into your opponent and elbow them hard for the knockout without the pads.
As a sucker for technique in fighting I'm genuinely impressed with this. A bit off topic but as someone who has been part of the fight world +wrestling +professional wrestling ... would neutral positions like the collar and elbow lock up/tachi-ai(from sumo) be an effective starting position in MMA to help reduce size disadvantages? Or would it not help much? Not for the headlock transition purpose/test of strength...but for a neutral position where both can aim for an advantage like in the early 1900's professional wrestling where it helped to reduce disadvantages. Intrigued by how much of a difference it makes with neutral starting positions in in ssireum/traditional folk wrestling and sumo where the starting position makes a huge difference..to the point where smaller wrestlers are able to overcome much larger opponents.
The collar tie is a pretty normal engagement in grappling. The problem with all clinch positions in MMA is that you have to get inside of the strikes. There are things in every position that a smaller fighter can do to mitigate the size advantage, but that will be with all positions. The collar and elbow commonly used in pro wrestling is a very "neutral" position. There are other positions that I would personally prefer, such as a double underhook or even a whizzer, at some points, but that is all going to vary and depend on the person.
Charlie is so hype, it's cute. I can only do this on my punching bag at the moment since I got no sparing partner due to the lockdown here. Charlie!!! Use your RUclips channel, please... 😢 I did thought I messed up when I couldn't find her channel... 😅
Hi Shayna and Charlie! Great stuf as always! You both are the best in the business! Hope your both doing well! Here's to you, andd the rest of the B R E! #BRE4Life
The level of trust between Charlie and Shayna is super impressive. I'd be scared as hell to do the elbow drills if my partner doing the strikes has her EYES CLOSED.
Couldn't think of something funny to write again so I got this joke I heard a few weeks ago that still makes me laugh my ass off: What's the difference between Dubai and Abu Dhabi? The people of Dubai don't like the Flintstones but Abu Dhabi do.
UPDATE: My sister isn’t waking up tried it on her like 6 times she fell a sleep so now i can’t practice no more...she’s been sleeping for 12 hours she must be tired 🙄
"The greatest day in history" The day the dark lord graced us with his unholy presence to bring the one and only QoS Bayzler up from the depths of the abyss.
hey it is so cool that you reply to comments and show us what we mention we want to see. I have a question tho. There's physical and mental. Did ever give tips on just fixing and maintaining the mental part of fighting/drills? I just am always remembering the losses I have, and the crap people say, and the fails/L's I keep taking, so forth. As a result I kinda start thinking "What's the point of doing my best, when my best is very below average?"
I could do a whole video series on this, but the bottom line in that thought process really depends on how much power you GIVE to others to decide for you what is "average" and what isn't. It's for no one else but you to decide.
Charlie expected to get chopped. Good thing Shayna didn't, poor Charlie would have been cut in half. All And all, this is a good tactic to use if you're ever in a scuffle. Just make sure you connect, cause if you miss?
The freezeframe of your face in the cross crosshare is the best! 😆 As you're going over technique all I could think is "Is this how you got that gnarly scar, but your miracle brow made it back anyway?"

Man, wish you were holding any of the championships right now! Missing your In Ring work!

I absolutely love the joy and confidence Charlie exuded after throwing those two elbows! 😂 Great video as always!
Those three steps are so fluid, it's great to see them broken down, thanks.
I literally look forward to these weekly videos. I always learn something new. Thank you so much Shayna ❤️
Charlie: “Over! Done! Knockout! KO!”
Shayna: 😐
Charlie was spooked on that intro xD
I've been so depressed lately and watching your videos make me feel better ❤

She's way to enthused about violence in general, haha

Careful with the live elbows. Can be dangerous.

I think Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, Dakota Kai, and Mia Yim are such cool people and amazing stats. I wish I can neet em at some point
I hurt my shoulder practicing the elbows before. Didn't have this video for the proper technique
It doesn't really go over the proper technique of the actual elbow, but I can do one on that sometime.
these 2 would be a deadly combo
Training Charlie to Dethrone Raquel & laying on a sick burn about never using her own RUclips channel 😆
shayna is absolutely amazing woman it is so interesting the wrestling ideas love the throwing elbows she knows her stuff she's done it all her life
