On site how many days we have to w8 for a column to dry
Depend upon the admixture used..
Accordig to the US construction code and the Egyption code for columns and base it take 48 hours in normal weather and 3 days in cold weather ...

Thermcol , its easier to take it out after the concrete is dry

Please share the damn materials. I'm trying to find that mini metal beams every single hardware store but all of the beams on the market is too strong or too weak for this process.
It is 1 mm diameter mix metal bar.
Not pure steel and not pure Alluminium .
I buy from local hardware shop.
