Originally from County Kildare, both have traveled far and wider intermittently, but have settled in County Longford. They both bring a wealth of knowledge in their own practice between massage and meditation and everything inbetween. They both have vast experience and qualifications, coming together to help people with a variety of issues that can be helped in a gentle way in a safe environment. From old age, issues like fibromyalgia and the three types of arthritis they can help with various gentle techniques like chair yoga. Active sports people also need to wind down after physical excursions, with yoga and other techniques. These treatments are also for everyone in general for all different reasons. Karen specialising in massage and hot stones, helping not just the body but cognitive abilities, also practices Swedish and Indian head massages. They want to bring mindfulness & meditation to schools to help both teachers and students alike, they are not just based in Longford Town, also Granard.
