Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

No contact without looking back is the best choice in my book. It is hard to survive a narcissist. I’ve gone through it twice. Both times it seems like I was under a spell. I lost myself. Now I see red flags 🚩. That took counseling and educating myself about narcissism . I meditate too to be able to see clearly in the present moment. I call them mental predators. This channel is a rare one. A narcissist educating us on narcissism. Incredible

Yessss. Omg I saw this for the first time the other night with my partner. For years ive been sad and depressed and desperate for his love. Ive accepted thats an impossible mission and tons of weight has been lifted off my shoulders since. I was simply laughing at a video on my phone a few nights ago and he said bye as he left for work. Ive never been mocked at for laughing but experienced it for the first time. So fulfilling to see how miserable he truly is inside.

The narc other checked all the boxes and then some. With no supply, control, attention or accolades, they are deteriorating, suffering a narc injury, and becoming more delusional, demented, sad & miserable. A more horrible creature couldn't exist on the planet.

But to be honest the dummy ended up doing the exact opposite of what they were trying to do.. now maybe at 1st before I knew what I was dealing with I did loose my self worth and who I was, but once I got the knowledge and opened my eyes to reality they actually made me realize my self worth and brought me closer to my faith🙌🏽 it’s actually how I came into my spiritual awakening dealing with that BIRD.. so even tho the experience and relationship was the worst EVER!! Saying "no" and calling them out on their bs (especially when you have PROOF) makes them absolutely rabid. I found out today. Not for the first time. But definitely for the LAST... I woke up to abusive messages (for no reason other than me not having money to give them right then). Then, I was called abusive for defending myself. THEN, he said that he didn't see how what he said was abusive, that he didn't understand why I was being mean to him, and that he "was just trying to communicate that he needed help." Yeah... By saying I'm a backstabber, a betrayer, a c**t (and so much more), while I'm ASLEEP? Yep. You need help. But not the kind you think you need. And not from me. Not ever again.

@@danielleadair7394 that's my plan. He's making threats like CPS. It's the only thing I fear in this world. And unfortunately, he knows that. He's also threatening revenge porn. That's humiliating, but I could find a way to nip that in the bud. It's CPS. I'm not a bad mom. But things are a mess since his father died, and I'm not in top of everything like I should be. So, I worry endlessly about them...
So, I'm going to file a police report ASAP, in the event that he DOES retaliate, they can SEE that, and maybe file a false report charge on him or something. I never wanted things to get to this point. But I won't let him retaliate, like his abusive a$$ is in the right somehow!
@@southerncatlady mine threatened my RN license, revenge porn, and atf. ( He knows my ability to earn a living would destroy me) I hid his gun when I left so he couldn't use it on me. And finally had to get police escort to get my belongings, as he changed the locks when I left for work one a Friday. I had a stroke that night. I called his "Mommy" That's when he finally complied. Because I threatened to sue his mother. As she owned the house he threw me out of . SMH

When my ex and I broke up the first time he tried to hoover me back into a "friends with benefits" situation and I wouldn't take the bait. That's when he did the whole "I'm going to start therapy and I want a family with you". Obviously that worked at the time. What I didn't know was that the next 5months of my life was essentially an intentional plot to break me down, make me afraid to live without him, and essentially attempt to make me his "bunker wife/mole woman". It didn't work, and I got away safely, but DAMN that does some serious damage to the psyche long term 💔😵💫

Seeing your kitty put a smile on my face 😻 I got released from the ER 5 days ago because my husband pulled me down by the hair all because he couldn't find his keys and I wasn't looking fast enough. Got out and my friends got me a marmalade kitten 💓 Thank you for all your sessions. I watch everyday sometimes a couple times a day. God bless you and your family 🙏🏻... and yes I'm not going back

Lee... you are HILLARIOUS. I was in deep, deep trouble not so long ago. I was really losing my mind. But even in my darkest moments, your videos still made me laugh out loud. And while NPD is a very serious, multifaceted issue for both victims and sufferers, it's good to laugh about it sometimes, too.
Years of watching videos learning about this disorder and trying to manage a relationship that i have no means to escape at this time... Lee has literally helped me save my sanity. Hes taught me about this disorder in ways that have helped me save my peace of mind. Done being sad and trying anything. Done taking this shit personal. Time to be happy again and make the most out of every day. My children need one healthy happy parent. Going to look in to going to therapy. Thanks lee. Seriously.

I did the same. I stopped sleeping with my narcissistic ex husband. Disengaged and NEVER looking back. I don't do toxic, dysfunctional, and unhinged. NEXT.
For years i felt like i was going crazy and now this channel has brought so much validation identifying and calling out all the garbage ive been dealing with my ex.
Just gotta learn to live your own life, be separate and move on. Once they've realised you're not waiting for them or chasing, prepare for the hoovering. Just have to set and maintain boundaries.

I met this guy at work. I gave him my number. I had his number, told him to call me in 3 days if I forgot to call him, but wait 3 days. He didn't, he called me the next night. The conversation was weird, testing my boundaries constantly and I decided I didn't want to speak to him again. He started talking about wanting to unalive himself. I said, okay, thats your choice to make, good luck. Changed my number the next day. I ignore him and don't make eye contact when he comes into my job. Very manipulative person.

No contact is so helpfull and it's less stress and pressure on yourself, you get to heal aswell. It's me again, Celeste. I need this journal because he ruined me. I can't get myself back to where I was. I'm completely lost because I depended on him so much. I know drives my ex crazy. I'm gonna watch the rest of this video and see. Yes, he will so angry when he's losing control. That's why I always kept the peace around the house. He always told me, if I met someone else to not flaunt it in his face. I feel like he sees that I'm moving on but he's not saying anything. He's just being nicer and doing more for me. I was afraid to move on. I'm terrified. I have plans that he doesn't know about. If he knew about it, he'll try and stop me. He told me to that I need him more than he needs me. He's way up there and I'm way below him. But in my mind I know i'm doing better without him. You and my ex are the same but you're better because you're a fixed narcissists. I agree! Since the narc retired existing with them is hell on earth. I have headaches, nausea, insomnia and want to throw up just from gazing at, listening to and/or attempting to speak with, to, etc. Why the narc stays around defies comprehension. Oh snap!! I really think I should get a one on one. I just got off of work. He’s blowing up my phone because he saw my plans about wanting to get a house. He doesn’t think I can do it, I said, even if I have a roommate, the same thing we’ve been doing the past year together? He is freaking out. Threatening me. Saying I’ll have to move out sooner so he can start his life. He doesn’t want to wait six months while I save for a house. I never said I would stay here while I wait. No matter what I say. He has another excuse. It’s just funny because he broke up with me after 11 years. Is now saying I’m screwing him over and taking the dog and can’t get this house. My brain feels like it’s gonna explode. I don’t know how much more I can take. I’m worried he’s going to snap he’s never been physical at me intentionally, caught himself before following through. With all of our history, I know he still cares about me. I’m just worried he’s going to do something stupid but he’s covert. When he’s upset or hurt he gets you back in a meticulous cruel way. He’s got me playing chess when I thought we were playing checkers.
If he tries to do anything stupid he will “F around and find out!” just how crazy I really am. Lol

Facts...they go nuts when u go no contact..mine had a complete mental breakdown...and even when they are 100 caught cheating they still will not admit to it and at one point his eyes went totally black like he was possessed..it's awful

I walked out when I realised what they were doing. Was persuaded back by a friend. Went back on a boundaried basis. This lasted a few weeks! This was just a friend.
I know this is going to sound insane, but when my narc man and I are fighting, and he leaves the house, I cannot handle it. He can go no contact and still be chilling. Even if I am the one who asked him to leave, I hate it so much. It’s weird and crazy, it’s like I’m going through a withdrawal and I need this toxic man back in my life. Having kids with him doesn’t make it easier. I don’t know how to be strong and not contact him. I feel like he knows I need him and I have to show him that I’m strong and don’t need him. But it will take me literally years to get back on my feet because I depended on him a lot.

The kids need a fighting chance and you know they won’t get it from your spouse.
Wow, this is me too. I hated when he left the house after an argument. He would stay gone the rest of the day, and I would be climbing the walls. I recently found out he cheated, and I wouldn’t be surprised to find out he’s done it before since he works out of town. I kicked him out, and he’s been gone for about 5 days; but his absence is killing me. I can’t stop thinking about him, wondering what he’s doing, who he’s with, etc. Our relationship wasn’t as toxic as some others, but it wasn’t very healthy either. I hate that I miss him so much, especially because it seems like my absence isn’t bothering him at all. I suspect he’s already meeting new women. I wish I could just get over him, and get him out of my head. Best wishes on your journey. We both deserve better 🫶🏼

He doesn’t want to divorce but at the same time he won’t change. It’s very stressful and he knows I’m dying on the inside.

@@PebbleBeachSouth oh my. This is so so heartbreaking. I am so sorry. My husband is the same. I don’t know if he fully cheated by I have seen some weird things on his phone and laptop a few times. Like dating websites etc. I feel the exact way. I don’t know why. It’s so weird. I am like dying inside while he is genuinely okay and genuinely doesn’t care about me or how hurt I am or how I feel. I don’t know why he is like this. How can he not care about me? How is he so normal and relaxed when he knows I am struggling with all these children and currently pregnant with our sixth child? Why do I keep asking the same questions over and over again? Like what is wrong with me? I used to be a normal happy girl before him. My life wasn’t perfect but i was never attached to a human being like this. My parents even noticed how much I changed. How sad and quiet I became over the years.

It will be interesting to see what will happen when I do start dating. I kicked my ex out 6 months ago for continually having an affair. It only resulted in him more openly having his affair, while still living w/ me. If she dumps him for awhile, he tries to come back and claims love and to find healing. I've been firm, that no, there's no changing the decision he made.
Mine went crazy. Currently moving from NYC to Atlanta. Broke into my apartment through my window, calls my mother 6am, slashed tires.. literally stalked for saying no and having no contact. I fear for my life.

Some times you got to chase them and act like you can’t live with out them and they will think you is weak for them then they will leave you to be with another woman because they swear you is weak but really you’re pretending to be weak. Chasing them makes them feel big headed and it will run them in to the arms of another woman. Great 😊 run right where I wanted your ass to be with someone else so you won’t think about me no more. Well this method has worked for me against my Ex he was a narcissist now he is with someone else as I feel so good now because it felt like dead weight is Lifted up off of my back
I got the _very last word_ in a text argument between me and my dad and brother, both of them narcs, before I blocked them🤣 They're probably still punching the air all these months later 💀
