    I sure do learn a lot from your videos and the folks you fish with. Last year I watched the sitka episodes over and over before traveling there. I boated my best halibut on day 2 of my self guided trip. #167 beast

    Thanks to Steve Lynch for the eel procure scent I got from him at the Sac. ISE ,We hit our salmon Roe with it and slayed the sturgeon in the pittsburgh antioch martinez areas of the california delta!

      Never have had an issue. Just make sure you have licenses to match the amount of fish in possession.

    Caught my p.b. black rock fish outa Santa Cruz harbor in 85ft.it took it on the fall at 45ft using butt juice injected in and on a rigged anchovie

    Guy gaffing the halibut. Im not sure how many hali you have hit with a gaff? But if you wanted to look more professional you should try hitting them in there belly. You have to have enough experience to know what side the belly is on?? Look for little pec fin. They don't thrash as much as ahead shot and belly is all waste and also don't risk damaging the cheeks.
