I love this technique. I tried the overnight with plastic cap and it gave me a horrible cold, Hair was banging but sick. So will try to do this during daytime with plastic cap on for a couple of hours. 2-3 hrs and then let air dry. But again , hair was so cute and curls lasted forever. Definition was in point. Best method I have seen for great hair.
Yes the denman brush is key to a shiny defined wash and go. I did mine this ast weekend with Camille rose fresh curl and uncle funky’s curl stimulator and it looks just like yours. I brushed in the leave in and the shingles the gel and I think I could get 2 weeks out of it.
That is definitely defined curls just how I love mine as well! I normally use only my Denman brush and I still get definition but I’m going to try finger coiling after just to see if I can get the most definition... Thanks for sharing!😊

Mine feels soft as moisturized as well! I feel our color alone looks more dry than black hair. Mine is little more ash brown than yours and my edges are blonde so you can't see my baby hairs lol
Wash and goes are absolutely the best! My hair grows best in its natural state. I love the different looks I get with my WAG's bc the length of my curls changes through out the week.. Naturally fitting my personalities❤🤷

The front is 3C and back is 4A, low porosity, and thin (not fine)..med density ( so it looks thick). So question? do you always do the bag method before you go to bed? how different is the curl pattern if you don't use a bag? thx for the videos.

Am I the only one that puts a towel on my shoulder when doing this? I don't know how you do it with the product getting on your chest and shirt all wet. Great job overall. You got patience girl ! that is all i can say. Mine never last by day 2
I think you could subtract the oil or find a leave in that works better with the gel. Curls are popping but it’s super flakey. Good tip on how to go to bed with wet hair though!
Alisia Jamerson With the method she used, you will definitely have shrinkage but at least your wash and go’s will last longer and throughout the days your curls will eventually elongate 😊
I love the definition that wetline give me but I always get the same issue where some strands clump together and it looks like flakes. This doesn't happen with this method?
I love your videos but I have one question...how come you just don’t start the styling process (LOC and styler) on wet hair right out the shower? Why T-shirt dry it only just to re-wet it? 🤔 Also would you ever absorb the excess product on a T-shirt to expedite the drying process, ya know for us ladies on the go?
I think it's best to stay away from chemicals like that. Perhaps you can find a routine with protective styling to help the hair and scalp health. Also, find products your hair loves. Very important is to be consistent
