I had no idea that disliking Lady Gaga makes people deaf. She's doing a great job here, and if you heard the studio version of the duet, you can't ignore that she has a fantastic voice. Also check out her singing with Elton John at the Grammys, "Speechless" and "Your Song". Her voice IS really good, like it or not.

It’s so cool to see this from 7 years ago and see how she sings with Tony now. She’s learned to tone down a bit so that she doesn’t outshine him. She’s so thoughtful and always evolving into a more refined and smooth woman. I love her.

Some context for this video. It was a party the day after Obama's 2nd Inauguration for his staff. We went in knowing that Lady Gaga was performing. She came up, did a few songs, killed it. Then she said "I have a special friend to bring. Ladies and Gentleman, TONY BENNETT!" Total surprise, we had no idea.

This style suits her...not all the drama, just smart, good old singing...wow! I'm impressed.
The "drama" and good singing are not mutually exclusive. Maybe it's not her fault that you you can be so distracted by a costume and a wig.

Man, Tony LOVES her! And with damn good reason. Jazzy Gaga is the best kind of Gaga. Why she wastes her awesome voice in pop is something that is TOTALLY beyond me. I cannot wait for that album they have coming up.
