I use Epidemic Sound for all my Music! www.epidemicso...

I really like that first shot of the man reading. It really creates a scene and tells a story. And as always, I appreciate the music. I listen to this stuff a lot and it's my first choice for zoning and chilling out! 😎👍
Thanks, Sam. Those first 2 are part of a collection I'm building up of coffee shop shots. I've had some great shots of people lost in their own worlds in places like that. As for the music, I feel like it just fits the street vibe. Moreso than the heavy rock/metal that I listen to in real life 😂
@@DavidFlowerOfficial Yeah, you'd have to increase the video speed by 4x for that music. 😄
Some great shots in this one mate. Really liked the one of the person walking in between the two telephone booths, the guy with the headphones shot, and the one towards the end with the person leaning up against the wall 10:11. Great use of light and shadows in this whole video. And always enjoy the look around. I feel like you show different parts of the town in each video. Hope you are doing well, have a great weekend mate!
Cheers, Paul. The light was fantastic and those narrow streets create some great spots to shoot. That little point and shoot is just so much fun for street shooting.
Take it easy mate. Have a great weekend 🖖
The G10 looks like a fun little shooter.
It's way more fun than I ever expected a compact camera to be 👍
I love these shots ! The places are picture-ish, unlike the places here 😅
Lovely set David, I really enjoyed this.
Thanks, Clare. I really enjoy shooting with this little G10 🖖
These are lovely. I really enjoy every of your pic
Thanks very much 🖖
I'm excited to use my father's Canon Powershot G10 that he gave me. Awesome shots by the way!
Thanks very much, I love that G10. Have a good one🖖

The black and whites will get my vote every time.
Great one Dave 👍 you got some cracking shots! Was a very good day 😁
Cheers Mike. Today was another good one too🖖😁
Great images!
You have an eye for it my friend 🖖🏻
Thanks Alex. Hope you're doing great🖖
Hey David, I’ve just picked this camera up but the flash option is greyed out and the flash button doesn’t work, any thoughts on how to fix it?
If this is Josh who also asked on Facebook, I answered over there. If not, pushing the button on the inside of the thumb dial to the right allows you to turn the flash on and off in all modes and in the main menu, going into Flash Controls allows you to change the specific settings, but these options change depending on the mode you’re in 👍
These are so lovely. Can I ask for your setting cause whenever i zoom in, the picture is always shaken
With this camera I almost always shoot in P mode and 80iso so the camera is making all of the decisions with regards shutter speed and aperture. Shooting in good light is a guarantee that the shutter will be fast enough to eliminate hand shake, but at full zoom you still need to take care a little. As a rule to avoid hand shake, try and make your shutter speed at least equal or greater than the focal length you’re shooting at. Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🖖
I'm a bit late to the party David, been a crazy week, some great shots there - I love the pair at the end with the guy texting in front of that concrete wall - it definitely looks like someone is sneaking up behind him because of the harsh shadows and low light - I bet with the right conditions, you could fill a video with "me and my shadow" shots.
Hey, Tim. No apologies necessary I appreciate you watching mate. That corner provides a great backdrop and some awesome light at that time of the day. We're at that point in the year where most of the shots provide those long awesome shadows so you may well see that video soon 😁
@@DavidFlowerOfficial Cool, that'll be another good one - if it happens, and it doesn't now rain for the entire remainder of the year!!!!!
Tim, you know as well as I do that the mere mention of rain in England pretty much guarantees it's gonna ruin our day😂
nice vids on this camera a video with the settings its possible? thanks friend
Thanks very much. There's no settings on this video because it was shot in P mode with 80iso so the camera chose the settings for shutter speed and aperture based on the conditions. I put settings on the videos shot with my mirrorless or DSLR cameras since I shoot those in manual 🖖
@@DavidFlowerOfficial for the night street and shooting in p mode what iso use on the g10 its viable this camera in the night?thanks friend for the help☺
I wouldn't use the g10 above around iso 400 which means you'd need a tripod and longer shutter speeds for night shooting. I did some blue hour sample images in a video when I first got the g10 and they looked pretty good 🖖
really if you get these cameras today, i have a canon sx510hs. which is better?
I haven’t used the canon sx510hs, but on paper it’s a better camera in terms of features than the G10. For me, its the CCD sensor in the G10 that matters as I love the way the images look. If you like the super zoom, image stabilisation and full hd video features, the sx510hs is the camera for you🖖
thanks for answering
Hi Dave I am on flickr from yesterday so if your on there lets do the friend ting. Its devoted to cheap camera photography as your are one of my inspirations. Showing what can be done on a limited budget. Im still learning so be easy on me ha ha.
Not much street photgraphy as of yet but other varied stuff for now.
I think I have a flickr account but I'm not 100% sure. I'll have a look later🖖😁
@@DavidFlowerOfficial OK.
Images seems very good. What do you think about G12 or G15.
They look great. The ccd sensor produces lovely raw files 🖖
@@DavidFlowerOfficial Raw files is very good according to compact camera. Raw present a lot of edit option for us. I search compact camera I guess i will buy to the camera. higher price G10 more than G15 why do you think so. G10 isnt it old version
@@nexusmediaworld I suspect it might be something to do with the resolution. The g10 is almost 15 mpx whereas later models had lower resolution in order to be better in low light
Hi all your shots are raw with g10? I'm planning to buy this week 😊
Yeah all shot raw and edited.
Thanks for watching 🖖
Nice work. I think you missed one at: 6:38. But you'd need an extra arm and camera to capture it.
Oh I miss lots. When I review the footage when editing these videos I always spot things that would have made a nice image 😂
Thanks for watching 🖖
@@DavidFlowerOfficial Just thought it would make a good self-portrait.
Nice
All processed via raw? Is the Jpeg good enough?
My thoughts on jpeg vs raw are simple. Raw can be made into jpeg for use, but the JPEGs can’t be made raw and don’t offer the flexibility I like for work in post🖖
@@DavidFlowerOfficial yeah, but in street photography I take a lot more shots and faster action, if JPG was good like the Olympus Pen F I will shoot JPG.
I can edit everything if there is a lot of picture taken, but maybe raw is good as well if I get into that workflow.
G12 or Sony slt a37?
I’ve not used either of these cameras so I couldn’t say🤷🏻♂️
Hi! I have the G12 and it's a lovely camera. Sharp photos and the CCD sensor produces photos with sort of a film look to it.
красивые кадры, вы их обрабатывали?
Thank you. Yes all the images are edited in Lightroom with my free preset pack except the bnw images which were edited from scratch🖖
@@DavidFlowerOfficial Hey, just wondering how to access this preset pack? Pictures all look amazing :) thanks!
They’re available on my website that you can get to from the link in the description. Thanks for watching 🖖
