Yep they throw dip bottles out at mopar in centerline, mi.
Millions upon millions
Ugh I hate those bottles. And their pee is always brown.
That's me 😂😂😂😂😂
What about if we have a law about speed limits for 18 wheels? They are always holding you know what on the highways like if nothing happens!
Sometimes, there are racing on the road. Seriously, this is dangerous too for everybody!!!
These are just murderer who happen to have cdl. Notice how they put the amount of victims, but not how many killer.

He spent a year riding 2000 miles in a big rig.
Wrong. 2000 miles is a slow week as a trucker. Not a year.
Exactly. I wonder how much of that book is made up too
She meant 200k not 2k
Well that would be one hell of an exageration. Np trucker can do 200,000 in a year. Maybe 120k maybe even 140k, but no way 200k.

A lot of FBI haters in the comments section. This guy isn't saying that all truckers are dangerous, but some are. They have the perfect opportunity to do this while driving cross country and a lot of time late at night. There are hookers at some truck stops and everyone knows this. The majority of truckers are honest hard working people. Unfortunately, a few bad ones give the rest a bad name, just like in the police department!
850 over three decades? Those are rookie numbers compared to Uncle LEO who is estimated to unalive 900-1300 people annually.

As a southern MAGA guy you are 110% correct! I used to have tons of respect and awe of the FBI and anything that came out of Quanico. I now hide my "How to become a FBI Agent" book on my bookshelf now. So sad. 😔
850 women found. Let’s not forget all the missing women. It stretches into Canada too. We have the highway of tears. It’s a North America issue.
Who are these women?
No better in South.
Dont forget all the native Americans missing
Sad part is they have only found probable 1 out of 100 women. Evil does exist. :(
Matter of fact homicides of women & homosexuals has been a pandemic in North America (Canada, Mexico & USA) for 40+ years

Probably 85% of us humans are just okay.
I think its probably more that people end up being awkward than dangerous, just from the social isolation. To me it seems normal for people to be slightly off out here. Not in a dangerous way, but in a "its obvious they havent talked to anyone in awhile" way.

fear mongering.
I like the painting behind the guy being interviewed. Years ago, I hitchhiked many times back and forth from Midwest to West coast, and have had many rides from truckers, and 1) I am still alive and 2) All of them were kind, did not try anything sexual, had good conversations, were good people. Some were one man, some were couples. I never got picked up by a woman driver. I did meet one who said he was driving, and a car had the hood up, so he stopped to help them, he said they threw acid in his face, robbed him and left him on the highway.... because it was a trap, there was nothing wrong with their car. He managed to get back to his truck and rinse it off, then get help.... this was in the early 1970's when there were no cell phones. I am telling my story because sometimes we need each other, and don't be afraid of everyone. Pay attention, stay safe. In reality, I never should have hitchhiked, it is very risky... it was popular back in the 'hippie' times, but one of my friends was killed doing it. Remember, many women get raped and killed by their lovers, men too, so pay attention to red flags and do all you can to protect yourself and your loved ones. Don't get into a truck or car to make money either, there are better ways to make money.... you are valuable! I also want to thank all the truckers that bring us things we need to live! Thank you very much for risking your lives in all kinds of weather, you have done so much good for people, you are valuable!
Thank you for one of the kindest articles. My brother and nephew do this kind of work and it is lonely job. Yet owner operators are some of the smartest, most levelheaded citizens we have!
Point well taken. I know a woman who got murdered after she was hitchhiking. I did not know her very well. I had met her for maybe only an hour.
I had friend years ago, who didn't have any skills, was having a hard time making money, so she started "stripping", man, after a few months she would sometimes make a grand a night, then she got other girls to join her business, she pretty much became a CEO. Last I heard shes retired, has a family.
She also never had to have sex with anyone. She wasn't a super model either, but when you get a bunch of half drunk guys in a room you don't have to be.
Yeah people want to see the skin. There's a woman called human on the loose on RUclips. She puts out these videos about her bicycling trips through the mountains and single paths and dirt roads in the Western United States. She has one with the front picture of herself going into a lake showing a lot of skin especially around the back side. She said that particular one got more hits more likes than any other videos.
@@timlewis7218 me too. When I was much younger and I didn't have enough money to for transportation and only for food , I'm really had a hankering to see the world , I would hitchhike. Hitchhike cross country a number of times. Show some people pick you up with ulterior motives. All you have to do is get out. 99.9% of the time it's just a ride.

That SOB FBI dude just found a subject that he can Demonize, write a book scare the H out of everyone, cause more disrespect towards truckers and make lots of money doing it. What a sorry A individual❗️
No reason to get upset, what he’s saying is true. Long haul trucking is the perfect job for a serial killer. The distances involved make it very difficult to spot a serial killer because his crimes can be several states apart. With the advent of VICAP, it makes it easier to connect cases from different parts of the country, but it prior years it was difficult to connect cases in the next county or two over, much less different states entirely. What once was a golden opportunity for serial killers, is now having the loophole closed via technology. Doesn’t change the fact that an over the road trucker still has the opportunity to commit crimes in multiple jurisdictions, making them harder to connect. Same goes true for any occupation that involves a lot of cross country travel. Pilots, salesmen, entertainers, any profession that keeps a person on the road.

850 murders along highways does NOT equal long haul truckers automatically being suspects... the reasons for victims being on highways are many.... highways are natural crime dump areas..... highways are convenient for commuters as well as murderers.... don't paint all truckers like this, it's irresponsible at best...
Sadly I'm pretty sure there's more than 850 murders along the area of the highways and then you would have to include missing people who haven't been found yet😮 No one but you thought he was lumping all truckers into this there's hundreds of thousands of Truckers. Most people just start off with it's a given that that is the case. His book was just referencing the ones that they have been able to connect to them more specifically. He also mentioned that rhetoric can lead to violence that is why it's important to not be lying and inciting people fire and brimstone can lead to problems just for the sake of Chaos😅
It’s often telling when one jumps to such defensive conclusions. 850 is a very low number. There are thousands actually. Just the MMIW numbers alone are over 1000 and grow each year when you include Canada if you include all the years going back to when the counts began. It’s not like anyone is being picked on for no reason. Some of the missing were last seen at truck stops or getting into a truck. And no one has pointed to ALL truck drivers or the entire industry. But if you’re unwilling to look around you and keep an eye out for your fellow truckers safety because you can’t handle the thought that there may be some evil amongst you, that’s kind of cowardly ain’t it?

I’ve met some psychopathic truckers in my day. I had one speed up in a passing lane and cut me off as a car was coming the other way. Had I not slammed the breaks on he would have killed me. Could see him laughing in the process. Had another one that was a roommate years ago and he did meth and popped pain pills. Wasn’t until he passed out on the road, smashed his truck into a tree and passed out that his license got revoked. On the other hand my dad’s best friend as a kid was a trucker and one of the nicest guys I’ve ever known.
I had a guy try to run me off the road in a merge he came over like I wasn't even there when he had plenty of room. I had to lock my brakes up for about 100ft but I managed to avoid contact. Guy was laughing too.
I have had plenty of people in cars do these kind of thing to me when I was driving a Truck, bottom line the world is full of NUTS ❗️
Yes, similar experience. About to go through roadworks that reduced country road at bottom of a mountain to one lane. Noticed a truck coming down off the mountain at speed. Realised he wasn't going to stop and put on my indicator to let the drivers behind me know what was happening and pulled quickly into the blocked off lane. A few traffic cones may have been harmed in the process...luckily the drivers behind me did the same and we all got out of his way just in time as he barreled through at speed. His face was blank. A truck driver behind him going slowly looked confused and appalled. I was just so glad nobody got hurt I took off. I always wondered why he did that. Did his brakes fail? Was he trying to kill us?
And its gonna get way worse with all the migrant truckers driving now
I experienced one trucker, and a group of truckers try to run me/my pick-up off the road for sport on a couple of my cross-country trips. It was terrifying. When I tried to speed up or slow down, they would let one of the others know and I'd get ganged up on again.
I've often wondered if people were thought to have fallen asleep at the wheel and died, but is was a situation like mine - homicidal truckers.
I strategically timed my stops/fill-ups for daytime only, due to all the stories I'd heard growing up.
On another note, I had one protect me for many miles late at night: keeping me awake by honking right next to me whenever I seemed sleepy.
Seems so dramatic that you were up to something else or irresponsible as hell. I hate passing these trucks on the highway, been run off the road by one and it scared the 💩 outta me. 😢
This is insane
Actually it isn't. This is another example of sketchy news reporting designed to create cognitive distortions like the one you just expressed. He said 850 murders over the course of several decades which implies more than one decade. So let's say his timeframe is 20 years or two decades which would be a bare minimum given his use of the phrase "over several decades." There's an average of 22,000 homicides in the US each year so over two decades there's been roughly 440,000 homicides of which based on my assumption of two decades there's been 850 homicides caused by long haul truckers. That calculates to 0.19% of all homicides over the course of 20 years were caused by long haul truckers. In other words, 99.81% of all homicides were not caused by long haul truckers. So they're statistically not even responsible for 1% of all homicides. This is another news story that has gynocentric overtones designed to make men look bad. But the data doesn't lie; the data never lies....
Did Long Haul 20 years. Conditions continuously got worse . Much more safe parking needed . It's depressing the respect we don't get

That are in those areas at that time.
Many of the victims are never reported or investigated. It’s preying on the invisible people
this is bs to sell a book
I can certainly believe it.
So many, so sad💔
Human trafficking for reals🤢
FBI estimates 450 serial killing drivers out on the road currently… That’s terrifying
@@bizygirl1 that’s insane! What’s driving them I wonder ….
@@sweetsongstress7398The profession and lifestyle make it very convenient i suppose
2k miles huh? Really? I drove more than that one way from ohio to Oregon... he didn't investigate to hard.
What I would like to know is how many cases did he solve while working as an FBI agent
All of a sudden, we're going to talk about this. And it wasn't brought up last year. The year before with your before that. The news is so twisted. I'm sure this happens, but the numbers. Why were the numbers suppressed for so long?
What a 🤡
it would take 2.8 days to drive 2000 miles in a truck, i used to be happy getting 600 in a day with traffic etc. truck drivers are tracked and monitored more than any profession , they have cameras watching from their trucks, many have cameras watching the driver in the cab, they have satellites tracking them to within 1 meter all day and night, the trucks computer reports all stops starts their speed how hard they hit the brakes temp of the engine rpm's fuel stops are recorded every truck stop has cameras there are cameras along the highways they pass thru weigh stations and are talking to their company and security at pu's and deliv. all the time...getting bills signed and getting out chaining down loads in flatbeds in lots surrounded by other drivers and fork trucks..
it would be very hard to be sneaky. i suspect he's talking about one sensational case years ago before trucks had high tech. that was big in the media.
this guy rode with someone half the day for one week and spent the night sleeping in a bunk one night. now he wants to sell his book.
It makes so much sense because they show up and then leave.
At the end, she says fact driven unbias coverage when it is exactly the opposite.
I used to drive an met many people most good but some gave ya the chills ....we worried about rocks being thrown mostly ....
I will definitely buy this book.
The lizard killers
Reptile Removers?
sounds like a good book.
they want truckers to feel dangerous so they can put heavy regulations on them to the point thye quit and no one hauls supplies across america anymore. effectively cutting off the supply chain
Why don't they talk about all the serial criminal KILLERS in every other profession!!!!!
Frank took this on. Why don't you take the other stuff on.
Maybe assign yourself something to do@@sclogse1
Well, there IS a difference. Truck driving gives them opportunities to find victims, to get rid of bodies and evidence and to get away!
Defensive much? 😂are you a truck driver or a serial killer upset that your profession isn't getting more attention?
Dude, nobody wants to buy a book about an accountant who is a serial killer
I did Long haul trucking for a comparatively short period of time back in the 1970s an early 1980s. I never met anybody I suspected of being a serial killer. I most certainly did meet people of whom I was very suspicious. I can tell you this right now. If I get that feeling about a person it's always every time true. Might not be provable in a tangible way but many times it was proved in a tangible way. I was right every time.
If you’re not living in a fog, you already know that a lot of truckers have a history of being serial killers. Not ALL but this shouldn’t be surprising
I don't remember any infamous truck driver serial killers. Like who?
We've been shouting this for decades. Not all truckers are bad guys obviously, but bad guys are drawn to that profession because it's easy to get away with stuff.
vey true. i know families in new york who brag about using semi truckers as hitmen
That's not that many when you think how many truckers there are.
Lmao! "He spent more than a year riding 2,000 miles" lady, I drive 3,000 to 4,000 miles a week!
But, do you sleep in your vehicle, have limited human contact, get propositioned by lot lizards and suffer by depression and a longing for solitude?
He's an investigator. Not a trucker. Duh..
@@sclogse1 No fuckin shit! But 2,000 miles over a one year period is nothing, most people drive more than that.
@@ArtSmith-cg7uc 2000 ÷ 365 is literally less than 6 miles a day 💀
Even just saying 5 days a week is still less than 8 miles a day lol
Long haul trucker here (not a s.k.! 😅) I can't wait to read this book!!!
I had a coworker who said he drove truck for 30 years, he had to retire because of his health. He said to me once that North Dakota and Wyoming was his favorite places to drive, I asked why? He said easy places to hide a body and busted out laughing. It sent chills down my spine.
You Nestor repite him, maybe he is one of those killers!
Easy place to hide a body?
You know what to do.
Dear RUclips censorship!
What's wrong with the comment that you deemed it necessary to censor and delete it?
All I said was, "Ban long-haul truckers! Ban ALL long-haul truckers! Especially, ban all those high-capacity assault long-haul truckers!"
Is it wrong to say that?
Which comment guidelines did I violate by saying, "Ban long-haul truckers! Ban ALL long-haul truckers! Especially, ban all those high-capacity assault long-haul truckers!"?
Please point out the comment guidelines that I've violated by posting the comment.
Ban all the long haul truckers and your store shelves will be empty. I bet you would be complaining then, when you can't get what you want and need.

They made a movie about this 20 years ago called Joyride. Been going on for years .
Yes and that movie should not be sold in truck stops it's crazy that the movie was for sale in major truck stops. It could put something in driver's mind if they were of that mindset at all.
Write a book about our pos psycho politicians
I was a regional truckdriver and never seen a single prostitute, not even once. The police are definitely doing a good job fixing the prostitution problem because I never have seen them anywhere near a Pilot's or Love's even in Vegas.
I drove almost 900 miles in two days running up to CT on a weekend…2k miles is kind of a joke lol
Trump 2024. You brought politics into an unrelated story. Are you worried about something? Times are a changing.
Frank how much are you getting paid by the government? Or the electric vehicle industry?
What about if we have a law about speed limits for 18 wheels? They are always holding you know what on the highways like if nothing happens!
Sometimes, there are racing on the road. Seriously, this is dangerous too for everybody!!!
Maybe some answers for MMIW?
Correct
I said the same thing… All across the US and Canada
Its not complex to solve!
You Already said the solution!
Truckers spent long hours on the road lonely! Enduring unhealthy work culture
They dont interact with women like regular guys! Work doesn't allow them to form normal relationship!
How do you expect them to date and take a girl to the movies or club! When they are constantly on the road? As a guy you'll begin to have crazy obsession of women
You don't need to write books and get into complex analysis!
Just simply realize that work life balance is different for various careers!
They should provide more enough vacation to truckers and all careers in general.
Work and leisure balance is what you need!
Not flipping your heads writing complex books!
