Bubblegum dog really is one of the best videos of the year
"Mother Nature" really has a "Transdermal Celebration" (Ween) vibe to me, which I love. Still it is a similarity that I can't put my finger on, so it might just be in my mind. LOVE this interview.

For everyone who is upset about "the wasted opportunity for an interview about the album" - firstly, the interview is fun and very MGMT. Secondly, the host Tom Scharpling conducted a one-hour Q&A with the guys during the live stream presentation of the album - that's where all the questions about favorite synths, song order, and Elden Ring were discussed

MGMT and King Crimson have been in my top 5 favorite bands since I was 14. Larks Tongues in Aspic font noted ✍
MGMT should just switch up the game next time by announcing a massive world tour and the day after the tour concludes drop a new album (not advertising or playing a single track at any point on the tour). Then proceed to not tour again for years. Wash-rinse-repeat.
Something like Damon Albarn did with Gorillaz 4th album "The Fall", he recorded and edited it all on his iPad while they were touring for their 3rd album "Plastic Beach" on October 2010 and released it on December 20th the same year. I've waiting years for a collab between Gorillaz and MGMT.

Being a huge fan from Brazil it makes me really sad that they dont plan on touring. Hope I ever get to see them live at least once.

From other interviews I've watched that just seems to be how Ben is normally in interviews.
