This fictional video was created to support the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement Health Care in Danger initiative. It aims to address the issue of violence against patients, health workers, facilities and vehicles, and ensure safe access to and delivery of health care in armed conflict and other emergencies.

Wow, powerful video reminding us of what's ultimately at stake when medical facilities are attacked. Hospitals, patients, and doctors are #NotATarget. Two years ago the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 2286 condemning attacks against medical facilities in conflict zones. Little has been done since and hospitals continue to be attacked. We call on the UNSC to put their words to action.
Unfortunately, Russian forces did otherwise. Remember what happened in Mariupol, Ukraine!

This reminds me of Dr WHo Zygon inversion speech, the ones who are hurt by the fighting are not the ones who commissioned the fight but the soldiers and civilians. As the memory of war fades, the likely hood that conflict occurs as those memories become stories and the telephone game takes and adds details that intensify, justify or negate the horrors. Again leading to misinformation and the likely hood of conflict.

Have you given it any consideration? Because you're very close to getting what you want. What's it going to be like? Paint me a picture. Are you going to live in houses? Do you want people to go to work? What'll be holidays? Oh! Will there be music? Do you think people will be allowed to play violins? Who will make the violins? Well? Oh, You don't actually know, do you? Because, just like every other tantruming child in history, Bonnie, you don't actually know what you want. So, let me ask you a question about this brave new world of yours. The Doctor: Because it's not a game, Kate. This is a scale model of war. Every war ever fought right there in front of you. Because it's always the same.
