If you slow down the vid, you will find out that some places like Sudan, Niger, Libya are repeated. Idk what's that for? The more involved countries?
Filming in some war torn countries can be quite difficult and might require special permissions that would take forever to get even if you're very lucky. I'm sure the organization works with what they have to impactfully depict the dire need for humanitarian aid in the best way possible.

there should be a limit on the number of bombs that can be dropped in one area. If one shell can destroy a house and kill a family, imagine thousands raining down. A single bomber plane can carry 70,000 pounds worth of bombs, i'm not even gonna describe the destruction it'll cause. And that's just one plane, now those refugee numbers feel more realistic, right?
