After defeating the final performance,go back to cenotaph surrogate,from there continue to the coda on the higher platform…you need double jump and pull ability,from the highest platform dash left and double jump and aim up to pull yourself,continue up until you find the last ichor for the trophy

I didn't get the trophy though. I finished the game and collected these items without Coda being there. No trophy unfortunately.
