You know what's unethical? Have you seen Jason DeRulo's stuff he did on TikTok and IG shorts and RUclips (Not sure if he does it anymore) but there are many videos on it, essentially he just posts his face and reacts to every meme video out there with the SAME EXPRESSION. So he's just reposting each of them. The part that makes it unethical? He's taking videos of actual regular average Joe content creator people out there and is just putting his face over each video. He's not asking for permission or anything from small content creators, he's just taking it and branding as his own. It's taking the NXCRE stuff to another level lol. I get people will game the system but, I don't know, I personally wouldn't do it like this but to each their own.
Freebooting content thieves are something I deeply despise but at this point I'm just going to say fck it. If RUclips is not going to do anything about it then why not game the system? Until their hand is finally forced, it's the smart thing to do. Certainly not morally but if your aim is to get your music heard in front of the biggest amount of people on a small budget then it's brilliant!
