It's not cool, necessary but not Cool, 7 was cool, XP was cool, 10 was/is a disaster to some degree, but is what we have to use...
(and OT: Unless you go for Linux or Mac, and Mac is not cool either (hardware wise)... The best Mac I used was a PPC based one.)

I'm keeping windows 10 pro for now not going to windows 11 or 12 going to wait just like I did with windows xp pro never got the chance to windows 7 little bit on windows 8.1 or even windows 8.0 but not much on windows 8.0 mostly windows 10 pro since 2015 I'll keep using it it'll be ok on that people upgrading is one thing but if you don't need to just keep using using windows 10 just like windows xp or for that matter windows 98
