It is not easy man as it seems. I am a game dev in windows and in android. It is very hard to give each a function although there are many people working at the same time then also designing and giving each of the components a unique function is not a easy task. Then also I appreciate this person for making beautiful Designs for windows. Rating For design 8/10

Just take a look at design of other OSes (for example some linux distro) that were made without that much money that Microsoft has. These designs are much better because their devs actually cared about their product. Microsoft just wants money, it doesn't care about flexibility and comfort of design
Love it. Aside from a few grammatical errors, this is absolutely perfect. I could see OEMs refining the boot animation to go with their own logos to correspond with initiation and booting. I can also see possible a "Developer" configuration ontop of the ones on 5:25. It also makes me feel like the desktop is a MacOS/Linux/Windows hybrid that would serioiusly be worth it in the long run. Well done.

The trouble with putting this kind of interface on top of Win11 is that it'd make the OS more bloated than it already is, if MS would build something like this then it'd have to be on top of a new kernel not NT.
@@daephx Win11 is very bloated from the OOBE when it installs all the MS crap and if it's prebuilt then good god the amount of bloat would make Windows 10 jealous and because the kernel is ancient (only for backwards compatibility mind, not for anything else) then the more you put on top, the more sluggish and unstable it becomes. I realize that it's difficult to do such a thing but personally I think that MS should start with a new kernel and move Win11 to that and put in an NT emulation mode kinda like a virtual machine.
@@dominik3482 no. Everything is MacOS like. The rounded corners. The colors. Everything. What is different really to MacOS? The window controls on the right? Btw, that's not even the task bar on MacOS. That's the apps bar. The task bar is on top of MacOS.
I know but this is too much oversimplified, we can’t have everything so roundly shaped and almost non colored designs, windows 10 is and always will be better than these concepts, why I think that technology evolution is only decreasing nowadays..
A common theme with all these concepts is a purple-blue gradient, and I love it. It sucks that microsoft definintly won't take any of these concepts into mind. Edit: All of the idea's not just the theme.
The design is pretty good. Much better than what Microsoft can come up with anyways. Especially the transitions were great. My only problem with it is the gradient is a bit overused as it is the primary colour, and it draws attention. In 6:43 the tab draws my attention more than the important stuff: my files. And in 8:29 the gradient doesn't go well with the icons. Other than that great design. Wish you can reach even better heights.
I think it would add a theme personalization for that, like, if you don't like a lot of gradient you can choose between no so gradient and solid colours
Awesome concept design, really impressive. Microsoft can only however achieve something similar if they re-write all the legacy parts of windows (most of the code), I came across a dialog file picker dating back to Windows NT. One day there is me hoping....until then happy to continue using macOS at least it has consistent modern UI.

@rxsh82 It's still PowerPoint as you can see by the disappearing cursor once in a while. PP would not by my choice for graphic design, but for what PP offers these conceptsa are great.
@rxsh82 coding and developing this would take way longer and would be much harder. Also it wouldn't be worth it to do that much work to make a product for nothing.

This is crazy, this guy is outputting some awesome Concepts! I am astounded no open source initiatives are taking inspiration from any of these and giving us some open source distros that are as beautiful as any of these!
The worst part in all this is that this is what Microsoft is kinda aiming but don't want to. It's transparent but it's not, they don't give us control of how much transparency to use, they don't want us to customize how our system looks, and fine, but they could at least give us this. After all we pay to be able to use the system and change it's appearance XD

This looks so nice! If this existed, then this would be my favourite OS along with Windows 11 then Windows 10 2020 + Windows 8.1 then Windows Vista and XP after that. This has great features, icons animations, even the start menu and even more I can’t stop thinking about! However there is one mistake which being the chat icon is missing, which would boost productivity. If you fix that in and 2.0 version of this, then this is the best concept ever and I would install this OS ASAP! Good job AR.
With a few small steps and tricks, you can make your KDE desktop on Linux look like this (this level of customization has been a thing in Linux for years). I like the idea tho, and I'd want this to be a theme package for Windows 11. Great job.
This is a very good 12.1 iso, I would definitely upgrade to this version, the aesthetics are beautiful and it looks like it functions really well, that is someone you should be VERY proud of. Great fanmade windows version.

Microsoft really needs to find theme creators and customization such as this beautiful operating system with a seductive and very modernist layout and appearance. I'm sure they would be looking for ideas from content creators like this system that is there, I'm sure it would be an operational system in greater demand.

State of windows 11? Which windows 11 edition are u running right now? I am in the Dev channel with Windows 11 22H2, and all seems to go very well.. I mean yeah the start menu I still prefer the windows 10 version to be honest, and the task bar is still a work in progress.. but I got used to the windows 11 taskbar.. other things are all awesome and it's more fluid than windows 10 imo

They have added a lot of features that were there in windows 10, which was removed in windows 11 back again in the Dev channel. Well why remove them in the first place though? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🙄

This "Windows 12" design concept is very beautiful. It would be awesome if that were the case with this gradient and transparency in addition to the system colors. Maybe microsoft has this vision too.

J'ai même eu de meilleures performances qu'avec Windows 10. En faisant quelques paramétrages. Sur les dernières mises à jour. Il y a quand même eu des améliorations par rapport à la première version de 11. Windows 11 est le premier OS qui est sorti avec une fluidité absolue par rapport aux autres. En attendant, c'est un peu une copie de Windows 10 modifiée. ^^ mais c'est vrai qu à l'époque de Windows Vista c'était la pire.

I know but this is too much oversimplified, we can’t have everything so roundly shaped and almost non colored designs, windows 10 is and always will be better than these concepts, why I think that technology evolution is only decreasing nowadays..

A common theme with all these concepts is a purple-blue gradient, and I love it. It sucks that microsoft definintly won't take any of these concepts into mind.

The design is pretty good. Much better than what Microsoft can come up with anyways. Especially the transitions were great. My only problem with it is the gradient is a bit overused as it is the primary colour, and it draws attention. In 6:43 the tab draws my attention more than the important stuff: my files. And in 8:29 the gradient doesn't go well with the icons. Other than that great design. Wish you can reach even better heights.
I think it would add a theme personalization for that, like, if you don't like a lot of gradient you can choose between no so gradient and solid colours

Awesome concept design, really impressive. Microsoft can only however achieve something similar if they re-write all the legacy parts of windows (most of the code), I came across a dialog file picker dating back to Windows NT. One day there is me hoping....until then happy to continue using macOS at least it has consistent modern UI.

I think microsoft windows deserves more credit , than these comments & macpeople ,, Linux has failures 2 lol :D a computer has made it possible to make millions of errors a second ...these days think a bit more ,,, I think the Linux Lovers surely have started to use a PC with some MS Windows version on it, now time goes by & suddenly their hardware doesn't cope with new standards, (but they know it's own hardware best) ,, so mostly (because of financial issues),, they won't buy new hardware (why should they ? windows suddenly gets slower after years & years ,, still refusing to buy new hardware .. 🖥 so they install a linux version or otherOS ,,hey..mmmmhow is that.. p.?suddenly some hardware works like new stuff,, and (without asking themselves ) :how they got there in the firstplace overwwwhelming saysay that Linux; or the new os is the best in the world,,(!not even a single eror huh? know thyselfs Me2) learned now without further realistic (self) critics ,, and cronyism,,..... just wanted to mention (this) It's more a support & compatibility + safety issue these day(s),, .. There needs to be an app that converts every difference of Mac to as much possible as it is in windows though.
The amount of work you have put into this for just a single video is just my beyond belief.
As an editor I really can feel how hard this is the hard part of it is that it has a lot of layers and a lot of graph editing

@rxsh82 It's still PowerPoint as you can see by the disappearing cursor once in a while. PP would not by my choice for graphic design, but for what PP offers these conceptsa are great.
@rxsh82 coding and developing this would take way longer and would be much harder. Also it wouldn't be worth it to do that much work to make a product for nothing.

The worst part in all this is that this is what Microsoft is kinda aiming but don't want to. It's transparent but it's not, they don't give us control of how much transparency to use, they don't want us to customize how our system looks, and fine, but they could at least give us this. After all we pay to be able to use the system and change it's appearance XD

This looks so nice! If this existed, then this would be my favourite OS along with Windows 11 then Windows 10 2020 + Windows 8.1 then Windows Vista and XP after that. This has great features, icons animations, even the start menu and even more I can’t stop thinking about! However there is one mistake which being the chat icon is missing, which would boost productivity. If you fix that in and 2.0 version of this, then this is the best concept ever and I would install this OS ASAP! Good job AR.

With a few small steps and tricks, you can make your KDE desktop on Linux look like this (this level of customization has been a thing in Linux for years). I like the idea tho, and I'd want this to be a theme package for Windows 11. Great job.

This is a very good 12.1 iso, I would definitely upgrade to this version, the aesthetics are beautiful and it looks like it functions really well, that is someone you should be VERY proud of. Great fanmade windows version.

Microsoft really needs to find theme creators and customization such as this beautiful operating system with a seductive and very modernist layout and appearance.
I'm sure they would be looking for ideas from content creators like this system that is there, I'm sure it would be an operational system in greater demand.

State of windows 11? Which windows 11 edition are u running right now? I am in the Dev channel with Windows 11 22H2, and all seems to go very well.. I mean yeah the start menu I still prefer the windows 10 version to be honest, and the task bar is still a work in progress.. but I got used to the windows 11 taskbar.. other things are all awesome and it's more fluid than windows 10 imo
@@Shap0o.PlayZz I don't understand MS logic sometimes, why remove drag and drop from the taskbar into applications, I used this a fair amount especially when I was in single display mode on the laptop.
@@MikeyRussell88 Well in the deb channel, they added this feature 2 months ago I think. Yeah I don't understand their logic either, but dev channel for me, is a lot better, than standard windows 11. They have added a lot of features that were there in windows 10, which was removed in windows 11 back again in the Dev channel. Well why remove them in the first place though? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🙄

This "Windows 12" design concept is very beautiful. It would be awesome if that were the case with this gradient and transparency in addition to the system colors. Maybe microsoft has this vision too.

J'ai même eu de meilleures performances qu'avec Windows 10.
En faisant quelques paramétrages. Sur les dernières mises à jour.
Il y a quand même eu des améliorations par rapport à la première version de 11.
Windows 11 est le premier OS qui est sorti avec une fluidité absolue par rapport aux autres.
En attendant, c'est un peu une copie de Windows 10 modifiée. ^^
mais c'est vrai qu à l'époque de Windows Vista c'était la pire.

Your designs for Windows just look incredibly clean in contrast to dum what you really have, I think it's a shame that Microsoft doesn't do the design so nicely (at least that's my personal opinion)
