There's biological passports and Whereabouts rules. You're more likely to see motor doping than PED's now. Not unexpected, Kuss is a great mountain climber who typically gets better over a few days of racing and really is best in the three week GT. However he is not on the level of Pogacar, Jonas, Roglic, Remco. VLB will be treating this as training under race conditions for Sepp and Cian who will be super domestiques for Jonas in the TDF.
