Havent pulled anything from my Byrds collection in a spell Gotta revisit them! That Fifth Dimension album has eluded me so I need to grab a copy of that soon! Have that same press of Os Mutantes and I love it! So cool of you to show that Chad & Jeremy Ark LP! I love that album! Such an under appreciated record! And Paxton Quigley is such an amazing track! I may have discovered it from the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood ST. Still looking for a nice clean affordable cop of Lee & Nancy! Great share! Man that Lollipop Shoppe/Weeds album is so high on my want list! I’m a big West Coast Pop Art fan and that orange LP is a banger psych album! Frost! What a killer Detroit RnR band! Nektar is such a great prog band! I dig that one and Tab in the Ocean! I stumbled upon The Bevis Frond a few years ago and was blown away by them So good! Haha! The Poppy Family! I love it! Man sorry about the long comment but I could’ve hit on about every record you showed here as I love em all! You had a great year! Enjoy all that killer music! Awesome man, we definitely have a cosmic connection with a lot of the garage punk and psych vinyl! Pretty sure that Weeds/Lollipoppe Shoppe is still available at Green Noise. I passed on a copy of Bubble Puppy that sat in my local shot for years. Still kick myself. I now have the Get Back reissue, which is, of course, digitally sourced.
Yeah, it's one of those things you think will always be there until it's not. I say grab it if you can truly afford it. I'm about maxed out at the moment. I did get that Get Back reissue when it came out with that long Beatles doc, listened to it once or twice and put it back on the shelf. Maybe it's time to spin that one again.
Sorry, Get Back the Italian reissue label, meaning I passed on the original Bubble Puppy, that I could have had for $20 back in the 90's, and ended up paying $25 for an inferior reissue. Their catalog is worth checking out though. Some rare stuff has come out on Get Back.@@giantorangerecords
