    I find it funny how people say how Peter is dropping the ball and everything like the could do better. Some even told him to ignore some things, but this movie immediately shows how any crime he ignores could be the death of someone.

    Willem Dafoe and Alfred Molina are tied for the top slot when it comes to movie interpretations of comic book villains. Their portrayals of Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus, respectively are so well done and written.
    Also, the receptionist who told Peter that he was late with the delivery is actress Emily Deschanel, who's best known for her role as Dr. Temperance Brennan from the TV series *Bones* and Ted Raimi (Hoffman) is best known as Joxer from *Xena: Warrior Princess*

    This movie perfectly portrays how becoming Spider-Man is extremely difficult. He has to balance being a responsible superhero with amazing power and balance his normal life at the same time. It’s a Gift & a Curse
    But harm and death of his loved ones often comes with being Spider-Man which is why he friend zoned MJ and keeps his identify a secret

    • @danyzam98
      @danyzam98 3 месяца назад

      Yes, the movie's about the things you have to sacrifice to be a superhero. And how Peter has to balance his life as a student and adult, along with his Spiderman alter ego. That's why this second movie is considered one of the best superheroe movies of all time. Romance is just another part of the issue. He doesn't want to hurt Mary Jane, or let a villain hurt her. That's why he tries to be away from her, despite all the love he feels. Peter let that clear at the end of the first movie. Mary Jane was practically friend zoned, but by her own safety.

    All of the creepy stuff in this movie is because the director of this movie Sam Raimi got his start in horror movies. Please react to The Evil Dead (1981), Evil Dead 2(1987), & Army Of Darkness(1992). You'll enjoy them. Please also react to Evil Dead(2013) & Evil Dead Rise(2022) which are very remakes of the original Evil Dead trilogy

    To me, Spider-Man 2 is the second greatest superhero movie ever made. It also features one of the greatest love stories ever put on film, despite the twists and turns. Maybe because of the twists and turns. But when Mary Jane comes to Peter's apartment, dolled up like an angel in her wedding dress, saying those amazing lines makes my heart melt every time.
    It's about time that Peter gets a break. And that's fairly typical of Spider-Man.

      People conveniently ignore the fact of MJ's home life. Like, she doesn't know what a healthy relationship is, nor did she have a man in her life worth keeping until Peter and John. John just wasn't someone she was in love with, but attracted to, and she didn't know which were which. We see in the third movie that they were together for about a year, and even when influenced by the symbiote, she didn't want to leave him and gave him another chance. She could have really of been a slut, but wasn't. They also don't seem to get the "party-girl" act is just that, an act. She is deeply insecure and latched on to any male that gave her positive attention. Only difference with Peter is, despite not being reliable like others were, he helped with her trauma. After the reveal of the two men she loved being one and the same, did she really get it together.
