Thanks! :) There are times when student's get accepted into a music college even though they never met the teachers! But I think it's important to have a lesson with the teacher before applying to the school because you want to know if the teacher fits well with you. If for some reason, you can't schedule a lesson (distance, time etc), that's fine as long as you feel confident in your audition :)

Esther Hwang Nathan Chan got into the Seattle symphony, NO way. For my birth day ironically asked my parents to go to a nearby symphony so we at probably going to go some time around mid march.
i started playing yesterday and i’ve gotten to the point where it isn’t squeaky i’ve tried to play some of the chords i prefer sharps. do you have any recommendations ?
Hey! A really good thing to focus on as a beginner violinist is bow division. So pretty much being able play small bow strokes and big bow strokes on specific parts of the bow while keeping the sound clean and even. Hopefully one day I'll make a video on that, but in the mean time, I hope that helps! Cheers!
