I generally don't comment on videos. But this channel does something which no other channel does. Everyone reviews the phone, but this guy shows the after sales service info, the durability and even buys refurbished phones from various sites. What he's doing is nothing less than public service. Hats off to this guy !

Great Job and Unique Content.. In our city, I had bad experience with Realme..took an older model Realme 3 Pro to the service centre but parts were not available, while took a 4-5 years old Nokia 6.1 to the nearest service centre for a display issue, and surprisingly original parts were available and they changed the display..

They are still producing phone with same parts. So
Well you get what you pay for. Nokia phones are alot more expensive than realme for the same specs

Thank you for making this video sir. I am using Asus 6Z for more than 3.5 years, I love this phone and I have not encountered a single problem in it till now. But If I did encounter a problem, I would be stranded by the company after buying their Flagship phone at that time for 32k. And on the other hand, Lava is a brand which is going out of their way to establish themselves in the Indian market which is a very hard thing to do because of the competition. I seriously applaud their efforts. Asus can do better.

Sir, just see it's a big city like Lucknow, and service centres are not that good of Moto and Infinix though they are big and established company. So, how will be the services in the villages or small cities?

Sir it is better to reparied other shop like not in authorised service centre they deyed too much they take too much chared but local reapring centre me just wait one ohours ya some minutes then handover to customer
their parts r not genuine.

When i was 2016 . I have bought xolo era 4g smartphone. Then the device display connector was broken. so these service people said you must replace the entire motherboard instead of smd station soldering. But thank god i repaired that connector from local service centre. Actually xolo was sub brand of Lava.
Now Lava Completely Changed 😊
I also bought that xolo era in 2016😂. Very laggy phone. But screen power was great . I threw so many times on floor. No cracks. developed😅. Usb port damaged within 6 months ..
Now. I am in Samsung ecosystem. What about you🤔

Mere saath bhi experience accha nahi hai Motorola ko leke because 2 - 3 years back mujhe charger Lena tha company se fast charger and I'm from lucknow, but I was unable to find their service center for like 2-3 hours and then decided not to use fast charger (it was not type c, it was type a ) . Abhi bhi dekh k I'm not confident enough in the brand , still Motorola doing a good job in India

Motorola service center is charging almost 10000 rupees for screen replacement that to 3rd party service center for moto edge 30 😢(Nanded) even worst moto customer care support not working.....mailed them no response.... DO not buy Moto

*Not a paid review, I have used moto g60, , g9, g8+ & e4 ; using moto g62 5G *
Good behaviour, quick repair, parts available is ok, accessories they don't display but we can get them by asking.
1 drawback is parts and repair cost is high.

My Realme 7 Pro got bricked after a recent update. When I went to the service centre they asked me to leave my phone, so that they can diagnose the issue. They didn't even call me once inspite of taking my phone number. After 2 days, I called the service centre and asked them about my phone they said- "It will be Rs. 1800/- for a hardware replacement". I said them okay...
However when I received the bill invoice, the amount was charged for software recovery.
And my phone has stopped updating whenever a new update is released. Everytime it says Update Failed Please try again...
Realmeme service centre is pathetic. They took 6 months to source my realme 6 pro battery.
By that time i had sourced a good quality reliabile third party battery

I have a laptop (Lenovo legion 5 pro) and there is no service centre in locality and i have to like 200km far away from the place i live to be able to fix the laptop i just wanted to ask that can we fix our laptops from a random shop like (hp,Dell etc)
Bhai aap ek kaam karo apne city me microsoldering / BGA repair karne waale shop se contact Karo. Wo log help kar sakte hai
