I got a problem in my samsung A52 regarding charging port back in the beginning of this month nd samsung gave an excellent service via phone call as well as home taking (which they took ₹200 for taking from home nd delivery the phone back) nd repaired it within 4hrs nd gave back the phone within that day only 💯🔥
My mother's m21 got dead after 10 days of purchase. Visited the service center, staff was amicable. My device was replaced although it took them 1.5 months for replacement. But no problems after that. Samsung provides the most reliable and hassle-free service for sure.
@@sanskarsharma100 You are saying that because you never experienced Apple's. They will literally replace in front of you at that moment, And if you want refund then they do that too, even if the reason is as simple as "you don't like the color"

My experience with apple customer care is amazing, they explain each and everything in detail. In my case just to confirm they arranged a follow up call and the person told me that u will get a call tomorrow between 2:00 to 2:15 and to my surprise I got a call exactly at 2:01. Amazing experience .

The major reason why apple has best customer support because it' a U.S based company. People in U.S need customer support like anything they literally Don't know that phones have SIM card. They are trianed to share every minute information very precisely. And one more thing it's a premium band the price of the device is included for exclusive customer support as well. I am very sure because worked earlier in BPO for U.S carrier client.

Apple has always been the Brand which had the best customer care. Even there replace policy is extremely good. Android Brands never cared much about service centre and customer care helplines.
The other reason is cost of their phones which includes amount for service and support as well, which is not in case of android phones.

Mainly these are commen issue mostly..... And they give reasons that your devices is WATER DAMAGE * so we can not repair your device 😀.......

It is actually all about the outsourcing business.
Companies used to outsource their customer services to BPOs like Teleperformance,Genpact,iEnergizer etc.
To save another margin these BPOs used to hire average candidates who dont have any relevant background and offer salaries like 7k 10k in Cities like Delhi NCR etc.
Training cost bhi bachani hoti h and or bhi kafi sare genuine reasons hai iske piche

Apple care always try to be polite and friendly. That makes a consumer feel good, positive, it makes him psychological satisfaction. Of yes what i paid i deserve, secondly polite and friendly speaking influence a consumer to buy good again in future.

These customer care centers should be opened in Tier-2/3 cities.....
Cause 10-12k in big cities doesn't get you good employee, but you'll get bang for your buck in Tier-2/3 cities...

I don't think they monitored it. Most probably, the employee reported the incident and the executive was ashamed of such an answer, so he called back, knowing if Samsung comes to know of this then he's gonna hear a lecture and the employee might get fired.

But to be honest, oppo and Vivo's response was even better. They genuinely tried to answer the query, oppo's one even took some time to know about it then made you understand(which Samsung, Realme and Xiaomi should do too), while Vivo's one already knew the answer and did his best to make you understand.
