You literally said the truth!! In my neighbour house, they had 3 Samsung phones and all three suddenly got Hardbricked after 1-1½ year usage. When visited service center, they said Motherboard replacement is needed. I asked the uncle, what did you do before this happened and he said "My kids were playing games and there was some software update download running" and suddenly phone switched off. No support was provided from Brand. The SC guys said Motherboard issue. If a consumer is buying a phone, then it supposed to last atleast 2-2½ years minimum irrespective of updates if proper Quality control is done on the device. This is why I lose trust on Samsung and I feel they are doing some cheap quality PCB due to which this happens. If they are charging high, then the support also should be provided to the consumer as per what they paid. Kudos "SCAMSUNG" !
Yeah same happened to my Samsung M30S, all of a sudden the motherboard died and after reaching the nearest Samsung service centre they said it will take 10-15 days to find out what's wrong with the phone, well I was dejected and I came out from there and went to a local mobile repairing shop and he said that Motherboard had died and he replaced it for RS.2000 within 2 working days or may be 1 and a half day..
Yes exactly same happened with me. They were demanding 15600 for M51 motherboard. But I didn't got scammed I took my phone to a local Shop and now it's been 2 years and my phone is working fine.

I went to my nearest samsung service center and they put the adhesive free of cost one more alternative solution was to put a both way tape but that would have cost me some money but the service center employee was very helpful and understood my situation as I am still a student and offered me this solution of putting the adhesive instead. I really appreciate his help as I am still using this phone.

Sir, I have the same issue. I am using S20 FE 5G and it is IP68 rating and this phone is under extended warranty. But they are saying we won't cover liquid damage in warranty. They are saying your phone have some dents therefore water got inside. Could you please help me to get warranty cover from Samsung?
Samsung phones do have a bad reputation of heating up and hanging especially the Exynos processor variants just after one year of usage. I have never used the Samsung flagships though but their A series don't last long.

The service centre guys said that they are going to upgrade the software. Data might get erased so i need to backup my phone . I was like what's gonna software update do in case of new glue ? They said there are certain official process and bla bla... Ip (waterproof) rating should pass quality check bla bla bla... After that they will return my phone with the glue being pasted newly. I came back and will visit soon to get repaired.. my phone is under warranty..so no charges!
I used samsung s9 plus for two years which used to get so hot specially after taking ms teams call for 15 minutes that i cannot even hold it in my hands. Finally its display got blurred, may be due to over heating. All samsung phones fail with Ms teams call. So now i have switched to oneplus 11 and happy. Last best known samsung phone is s8 which I am still using after 6 years as a secondary phone.

Ek Bonus v hai mere pass 06 august 2019 ko galaxy a50 liye thee within 1.5 year ke baad mere a50 ka pura back panel bahar aa gaya or aaj v aisa hai he hai mera phone mene phone ko phir replair nhi karaya hai.

Oh man. You are on point. My s21 plus' screen suddenly died one morning while it was being charged. Plus, my phone never ran below 39 degrees. At times it would go to 46 degrees also (and I don't game. Just browse the net, youtube and twitter). I switched to oneplus 11r and this thing never goes beyond 38 degrees. I am now pursuing Samsung to investigate the issue. Let's see what happens. But Samsung definitely has some issues.
Ok, let's keep the refurbished phones apart i am not going to say anything about them. First of all i own a Samsungs21fe and a pixel 6a and have been using s21fe for almost 14months and frol the day begging i use to swim with that phone and record videos( u can ask me samples i have tons of them) even last sunday i swam with on recording, i have no issues. Second yes the phone heats i really mean it heats, i use to play like 3-4 hours straight and yes the phone heats extremely but didn't get any such battery issue or back panel wear or tear down. Now lets talk about s22 ultra and my sister own it, she never uses a back cover and obviously the phone fell from her hands many times, the tempered glass gets craced, sides got dents but camera lenses never came out nor the back pannel has swallowed it even perfectly works under water. So what i am trying to say is may be your units are faulty or maybe your friend gave you that phone on purpose( may be) You didn't expose samsung nor your points seem to be valid, or maybe this was your intention to say bad about. P.s. I am not a samsung fanboy, I love my pixel ☺️i didn't say anyting in favour of Samsung No hate towards you❤️
I guess samsung phones battery gets swollen, when inactive for long time. Because even my father is using m21 since 2020, still did not get such issues.
Well oppo's quality issues should be addressed as we. I was using OPPO Reno 5. My camera lens got dirty. When i was cleaning it with a towel i realized the camera lenses was loose and was moving. It's been almost 1 yr or something since this phone came out. This is probably due to poor adhesive

I too have S21FE, and I have experienced the same thing. The back panel just came loose and when I accidentally dropped it in water, my phone went in boot loop.
Samsung ki yeh back panel open wala case bahut badi dikkat hain... Yeh problem kisi dusre brand k sath nahi hota hain, sasti se sasti chinese phone mein v aisa problem nahi hoti hain... Yeh personal experience se bol raha hoon 😢😢

I am using S20FE 5G from last 7-8 month and recently i was noticing slight gap between metal frame and back panel, i tried to slip a paper in between and it went in around 2-3mm and i was able to move the paper around the edges easily. This Shows the edges have already lost their glue now only the mid area his holding the panel in place. Although I didn't out any pressure to try open it but i doubt it will keep up for long enough. Previously i was using honor 9 lite which had a glass back and i used it for almost 4 and half years before upgrading to this. Never had any hardware issue like this in that phone
@@uzair941 Phone is great. No other phone has the features and camera at this price range which this has. But it heats up and charges slow. Also battery backup is not that great. And no more updates as it is already running on Android 13 oneui 5.1 which is latest. Now only security patch will be provided for other 1 to 2 year. I suggest you go for an iphone if your budget allows or as in long term i don't think its much of a value at this time point.

The screen of my Samsung galaxy s 20fe 5g turned dark suddenly.and it didn't turned on again. I took the phone to asansol service center in West Bengal. And they didn't even opened the back pannel and told me that the mother board has to be replaced, and it would cost 19000 plus. The phone just crossed one year and seven days. So no warranty. Afterwards I took the phone to a local service centre, where after thorough check, he reported that inspite of IP 68 rating waterproof, there was very little moisture inside. But the mother board was in very good condition, and didn't require any replacement. Only the screen had to be replaced.

My A52s' back panel fell off one one day on its own. And when I searched in the forum I found out that it's not and isolated incident. The phone was under warranty but still I had to pay ₹2000 to replace the back panel because not only the glue was degraded but the plastic itself was chipping off.
My galaxy watch 4 also got water damaged just within 6 minths of purchase and servuce centre said that gum gets loosen up after sometime so kind off we can say theres nothing like water resistivity for samsung

Mene 17 april 2022 ko galaxy a52s puchchase kiya hai 1 year ke andar mere phone ka back panel lose ho gaya or back panel one side se pura gap aa gaya thaa mereko exact date v yaad hai 29 march ko mene apne phone me ye issue address kiya.
Ek Bonus v hai mere pass 06 august 2019 ko galaxy a50 liye thee within 1.5 year ke baad mere a50 ka pura back panel bahar aa gaya or aaj v aisa hai he hai mera phone mene phone ko phir replair nhi karaya hai.

Oh man. You are on point. My s21 plus' screen suddenly died one morning while it was being charged. Plus, my phone never ran below 39 degrees. At times it would go to 46 degrees also (and I don't game. Just browse the net, youtube and twitter). I switched to oneplus 11r and this thing never goes beyond 38 degrees. I am now pursuing Samsung to investigate the issue. Let's see what happens. But Samsung definitely has some issues.

Ok, let's keep the refurbished phones apart i am not going to say anything about them. First of all i own a Samsungs21fe and a pixel 6a and have been using s21fe for almost 14months and frol the day begging i use to swim with that phone and record videos( u can ask me samples i have tons of them) even last sunday i swam with on recording, i have no issues. Second yes the phone heats i really mean it heats, i use to play like 3-4 hours straight and yes the phone heats extremely but didn't get any such battery issue or back panel wear or tear down.
Now lets talk about s22 ultra and my sister own it, she never uses a back cover and obviously the phone fell from her hands many times, the tempered glass gets craced, sides got dents but camera lenses never came out nor the back pannel has swallowed it even perfectly works under water.
So what i am trying to say is may be your units are faulty or maybe your friend gave you that phone on purpose( may be)
You didn't expose samsung nor your points seem to be valid, or maybe this was your intention to say bad about.
P.s. I am not a samsung fanboy, I love my pixel ☺️i didn't say anyting in favour of Samsung

I guess samsung phones battery gets swollen, when inactive for long time. Because even my father is using m21 since 2020, still did not get such issues.

Well oppo's quality issues should be addressed as we. I was using OPPO Reno 5. My camera lens got dirty. When i was cleaning it with a towel i realized the camera lenses was loose and was moving. It's been almost 1 yr or something since this phone came out. This is probably due to poor adhesive

This exact thing happened with my screen some months ago.
I am using S20FE 5G from last 7-8 month and recently i was noticing slight gap between metal frame and back panel, i tried to slip a paper in between and it went in around 2-3mm and i was able to move the paper around the edges easily. This Shows the edges have already lost their glue now only the mid area his holding the panel in place. Although I didn't out any pressure to try open it but i doubt it will keep up for long enough. Previously i was using honor 9 lite which had a glass back and i used it for almost 4 and half years before upgrading to this. Never had any hardware issue like this in that phone

@@uzair941 Phone is great. No other phone has the features and camera at this price range which this has. But it heats up and charges slow. Also battery backup is not that great. And no more updates as it is already running on Android 13 oneui 5.1 which is latest. Now only security patch will be provided for other 1 to 2 year. I suggest you go for an iphone if your budget allows or as in long term i don't think its much of a value at this time point.

I have the s21fe (Exynos varient) . I have same issue . The back panel open automatically
The screen of my Samsung galaxy s 20fe 5g turned dark suddenly.and it didn't turned on again. I took the phone to asansol service center in West Bengal. And they didn't even opened the back pannel and told me that the mother board has to be replaced, and it would cost 19000 plus. The phone just crossed one year and seven days. So no warranty. Afterwards I took the phone to a local service centre, where after thorough check, he reported that inspite of IP 68 rating waterproof, there was very little moisture inside. But the mother board was in very good condition, and didn't require any replacement. Only the screen had to be replaced.

Maine phone 75k me liya tha 8/256 gb s21 plus aaj ke din bohot bura lagta hai jab ultrawide camera use karta hu kuch area me aisa lagta blurryness aur feddy photo aati hai ultrawide camera se.

My A52s' back panel fell off one one day on its own. And when I searched in the forum I found out that it's not and isolated incident. The phone was under warranty but still I had to pay ₹2000 to replace the back panel because not only the glue was degraded but the plastic itself was chipping off.

My galaxy watch 4 also got water damaged just within 6 minths of purchase and servuce centre said that gum gets loosen up after sometime so kind off we can say theres nothing like water resistivity for samsung
