This can be as Grease the groove but not main training for front lever as it requires high intensity and volume with sufficient rest time to go fresh. I love you larosa ❤️

Will be doing this thrice a day for 3 days a week for 4 weeks and will make sure to update strength every session
Day 1 30 sep 2021 - after 2 and half times I could not continue. I can feel that this wk is gonna make me stronger. Btw my current progression is tuck FL
Day 2 2 October 2021 - completed 3 times, so obviously am a little stronger than last time. I am a little stronger now.
Day 3 5 October - today I was a little weak bcoz of some reasons so I did just one round and I can tell I have gotten stronger in these 3 sessions as now I can hold advance tuck FL with proper form
Day 4 7 October - my form was good and I have gotten stronger. A little injury can't stop me.
Day 5 9 October - felt great I can feel it inside I am getting stronger. Let's see how far can i go in one month
Day 6 12 October - just one round because my back was totally sore

I have question i would really appriciate i you could help me
During work out when i was practicing on planch for about a month my shoulders got injured I went to doctor and physiotherapy but i didn't help at all
After a while i realized that it is something to do with bersitise
Now it's been year that i got injured and even can't do a simple push up
If you have similar experience or any advice on it I would really thank you.

Question for you. I'm thinking to do the 6 min workouts for FL and BL during the same session. Do you recommend it?
Scusami per tutte queste domande, e innanzitutto complimenti per tutto. Vorrei chiederti se Questo workout consigli di farlo in monofrequenza o quante volte a settimana consigli di farlo? Fare questo workout un giorno e il giorno dopo farne uno che riguarda la planche ha senso? O diventerebbe controproducente per quanto riguarda la supercompensazione visto che questo workout coinvolge anche muscoli che lavorano nella planche e vice versa? Consigli di fare entrambi i workout nella stessa seduta/giorno?
