    Veramente molto interessante...bellissimo video. Nessuno fa più questi contenuti perché risultanti "noiosi" ma in realtà parte integrante di qualsiasi allenamento e sport. Bravi!

Comunque colgo ľoccasisone per dirti che i tuoi video sono fantastici; si vede che ci metti passioni in quello che fai è questa è la cosa più importante. A presto...

    I really like the coach his perfect alignment in (his) form whilst explaining the movements; of course yours too Andrea. This shows his level of being a skilled master in what he does/teaches. So important!

    Video stupendo (per contenuti) ed incredibilmente efficace per un riscaldamento completo del corpo. Al bando i soli video di intrattenimento e che si dia più spazio a questo genere di "tutorial" che premia la qualità ed aiuta ad evitare gli infortuni durante gli esercizi base del Calisthenics (pull-up, chin-up, dips, L-sit, eccentriche ed isometrie). Grande Andrea, continua su questa strada che è quella che ti differenzia dalla massa e che alla lunga premia la fidelizzazione di chi ti segue (sottoscritto incluso).

    Devo ringraziare pubblicamente il grande Andrea per i video e i suggerimenti che mostra. Tra l'altro ho seguito i suoi programmi di allenamento dal begginer all'avanzato e ho fatto dei progressi enormi. Sempre disponibile... la Sua grandezza è anche questa, non limitarsi solo ad essere un atleta. In ogni caso, a quando un libro completo? in bocca al lupo ....

    Utilissimo video Andrea. Ultimamente ho forzato un po' troppo sulla spalla andando a eseguire esercizi nuovi e mi stavo giusto costruendo una "pre-scheda" di riscaldamento. Bel video, molto utile. Non so se l'hai già fatto ma sarebbero utili dei video di riscaldamento specifici per la monofrequenza, divisi per TIRATA-GAMBE-SPINTA.👍

    Love the video Andrea and Fabio. Had a question for you guys. After 18 months I have finally almost fully recovered from costochondritis with the help of a physio. Any exercises you recommend to prevent this from reoccurring in the future?
