a small note the fundraisers on the street work really hard to just get paid 13 dollars an hour and that is one abusive job for those fundraisers as well. they travel all around the city out of their own pocket and no lunch or etc. They are not being told what is waiting for them during the interviews until they officially start. That largest Human Rights organization can put you out of the door in a day just because you could not sign a person that day! how does that sound??? A..as my human rights organization
Yeah, I feel sorry for them as I worked doing commission only 20 years back. Having said that, I hate dealing with them! It’s part of how we came up with the idea for Flicks4good for anyone who loves TV and wants to help the world 😀🇦🇺
What annoys me that how they don't take no for an answer or let you go once they have you. You have to thrash like a fish on a hook just to shake them off.
I recently tried chugging, but I found it enervating, frustrating, disappointing and I became very angry with myself for not working hard enough to get a pledge. When I did, I only earned enough to cover my travel expenses. The rest of the time, I was out of pocket. Sadly, I resigned after two days because it didn't work out (feel guilty about it). That said, I was by no means out of work because I have ongoing copywriting work as an art critic with a French fetish artist and photographer, which I quite enjoy. Subject matter aside, I can work from home.
They make you feel miserable when you have already clinical depression. One bounced out of nowhere and blocked my way. The fright i got. These days i'd stick the head on him, the way society has gone.
these chuggers get on my wick although i realise they are just trying to make a basic living but the real dodgies are their bosses on double the prime minister's salary
