Using HTML, SVG, and JavaScript to create a design inspired by Victor Vasarely's CTA 102

In this video we look an an HTML page with an empty SVG (scalable vector graphics) element that is populated by JavaScript to create a dynamic design inspired by Victor Vasarely's work CTA 102. The JavaScript starts a timer and with each "tick" of the clock a circle is added to the design. Using a Hue-Saturation-Lightness color model the lightness of the circle's color is varied so that the design is bright in the middle and dark around the perimeter. When a design is completed, the next one is started after choosing new hue and saturation values.
