Observer 47 if you're losing follower during Fortress sieges then I recommend to avoid using the perk olog warriors, ologs destroy walls and kill any orc trying to climb them including captains. If you're losing follower in the open world I recommend helping them level up and paring them against enemy captains who are week to your captains abilities
Vulnerability to stealth is not an issue for your followers. You're the only one who will ever use stealth against an orc. Otherwise totally agree on your points about which vulnerabilities you do NOT want in a follower--some orcs are better off dead (especially if they drop good loot).
Yeah, generally Stealth and executions are fine to have unless there is a online fortress siege. (Plus you get leverage over your followers should they betray you)
My fortress in nurnen is alittle over done 😂 all the warchiefs in it are my level (49 for now) and alot of them are legendary with amazing skills and i have the whole fortress unlocked, and i have more maz level epic and normal guys guarding my warchiefs 😂
I just got a notification i got a heart and i didnt expect it to be from a comment 2 years old 😂 i actually played this game again with my buddy recently as he just got into it so i was coaching him through it, funny how this got hearted a week after doing that, we also managed to break the camera which i also personally met the guy who worked on the camera systems in this game so this game is its entirety has just been one big "well what do you know?" Moment for me
The reason why i met the guy who worked on the cameras is that i went to a school program for video game design and i live in washington, apparently a really big state for video game production, and his son also happened to be taking the program the same year i did so his dad decided to come in one day and do a Q&A and teach us a few things, ive been meaning to send him a video of me and my bud breaking his camera 😂

On The Army page, the orcs standing in front of the fortress (excluding the warchiefs) have 3 rows. Do these rows mean a different status of some kind.?
Hey, so if I remember correctly, there are different phases when an opponent attacks your fortress. In the first phase your first line (furthest away from the fortress) will deploy for defence. And then the second wave and third will flow until they get inside the fortress. Then the guys inside above the rest will spawn in. Hope this helped mate 👍
I just got to the point where I can dominate captains so I'm pretty confused by all of this:) I'm sure I'll figure it out as I got but right now there is a lot to figure out.The game doesn't do a great job of explaining it. Right now, I'm just dominating captains to build an army but then there is so much going on with betrayals and blood brothers and all the missions you can send them on. The basic stuff I understand but to look at it really strategically, I think I'll need more time getting used to everything. Now that I've collected several captains, a new mission has popped up. But I'm not sure if I should do it yet or keep building up the army. I guess I could check it out and if it's too hard I can go back to recruiting for a while. Are the sieges part of the main mission or are they side missions? Or is all the siege stuff part of multiplayer?

I'm not 100% sure as it has been ages since I played this. But usually when you do a siege it will show a screen where you can select your army. You won't be able to take everyone but you can select 5 main captains I think to take with you. Are you doing a siege or just a normal battle?
In the early game i fought an orc called Maku The Survivor, he came back 5 times, killed me twice, and then when i moved on to cirith ungol, he showed up again and i executed him
My fortress in Sergost is 570, my overlord is 60 like me and so are all my warchiefs. The exp boosts really help with leveling talion up. One way i leveled up to 60 was by losing a fortress in the Shadow Wars and then retaking it ( Lose the fortress that is weakest of the 4 ). When I retake it, i got a shit ton of exp.
This whole army thing got me confused. But does the game dive into that just later on? I just started the game and have only the 2nd region (Cirith Ungol) unlocked.
You can have bodyguards or have a bunch of followers reinforce a mission, that's about the max amount of captains you can have outside a fortress. Besides sieges and defence.
I am new and this may be dumb but if i go after another players fortress and do they lose all their stuff. i dont want to be a jerk an mess up someones work..also does it affect our story mode..and is there a choice if it does..kinda like gambling with your orks? Like ok ya might gain some or loose some but it would be up to the player how much they risk..sorry i am new to the game.. And have only tried the vendeta part to avenge random names
Aiden Muv Personally I wouldn't, just because when playing single player they never get to the overlord unless all your defenses are breached. So pick a strong one but not the strongest. Maybe an orc with a poison weapon ;)
And that's why u probably get on ur game to see constant "has conquered your fort" if u dont keep weaknesses in mind u wont get far in this game at all
You should use poison and fire in defence rather than just fire to work around immunities

Look at strengths and weaknesses, you want the guys with a load of strengths and few weaknesses.

You can't. You get the Dominate abillity at the end of Act 1. Starting the Act 2, you get to use it for the first time.

Losing your orcs on online ranked does make them die in your world too, but your assaulting on the player won't effect his game tho
What i didn't know you play it against other players
The best way to play this game at high lvl is too combo orcs not the highest lvl orks a lvl 20 can kill a level 40 with the right stuff

When Legendary Uruk die, they drop Legendary gear based on their: 1. Tribe, 2. Class. EG. Mystic Marksman or Tracker drops Mysric Legendary bow.
