Major respect… I'm doing the same right now trying to build my business and I do think reasons like this are part of the reason. A lot of people don't start a business like you said you don't wanna do it, but you have to do it.
Your doing great man...I've wanted to see something like this...I want to see the no s and rejection...I'm starting next week doing this very thing...keeping my emotions in check with these worthless annoying animals we call dogs is my biggest concern....i cant stand them ...but great job bro..... keep on grinding
Bro NEVER knock a door with the flyer in your hand. It immediately gives people an out. "Oh I'll just take the info and call you" and they won't call. Invest the money from the door hangers into some branded gear.
“Never” is a strong word. Even if a customer takes the door hangers I can still ask them for their info. If they do want to research me. They are welcome too. I do get call backs. The main point in this video was to have a visual so they can see I’m here with a painting company. I do also go door to door without flyers as-well and only gear on my shirt. That’s easier in the summer. If people are looking for a painter, showing up at their door, will usually automatically present interest. I agree with your sentiment. I have heard this thought before. I just don’t have time to worry about that. If they want only info they can have it. I’m busy. They can call if they want, otherwise I have the next neighbour to work with. Plus, never know if that flyer sitting in their counter catches their friends eye. That’s also why I personalize all my flyers. Good talk.
I knock doors with my own handmade sales letter in hand. I ALWAYS have people who are interested in what I'm offering. D2D is the best. Most people don't understand what prospecting is. They think it's about making a sale today when it's real power is discovering people you can help not just today, but next week and on. If most local companies treated sales like top real estate agents treat their business, you'll grow like crazy.
I like how people are giving all this advice but he’s the one getting shit done. 3 leads in one hour is amazing, great job man! 🎉 love the hustle
we need more of this man! keep it coming!!!
That was awesome, Jason! Thanks for sharing.
I'd love to see more door to door
