      Sure, it's the right today but in the early 20th century it was the left. Many countries fell to the left leaning socialist or communist ideologies. Those people got pulled in by propaganda just as surely as the right wing Q believers today. I'd wager good money that those ordinary people who embraced the revolutionary left thought the same way - "It won't harm me". We need a balance of left and right to check the power of each other.

      @Dave Gilmour - I don't think Q was set up for Trump, I think Trump was set up for Q. So they can lump all conspiracy theorists together. Label them all as Q even though a lot of conspiracy theorists believe that Trump is part of the elitists plans. But that's just my conspiratorial mind at work.

    • @beeforeal5497
      @beeforeal5497 2 года назад

      @Dave Gilmour - Conspiracy theories have been around for way longer than Trump has been elected president. Q is a conspiracy theory that Trump is some sort of savior but not all conspiracy theorists are Q but that's what they want everyone to believe. The basic way I see it is that Q is a conspiracy theory that republicans are the good guys and the democrats are the bad guys when conspiracy theorists have thought for eons that they're "all in this together". It's just more divide and conquer strategy. Yes, there's a lot going on. Ultimately it's for the great reset or the new normal or whatever else you want to call it when the world becomes one and people lose their rights and free will.
      Do you know what I find interesting? I'm going to tell you anyway. Most atheists and a lot of Christians don't believe in free will. It's the one thing a lot of them have in common. It's really easy to take away from people something they think they don't have to begin with.

As I mentioned elsewhere, they are on the path to believing that their son is not only NOT their son but either a fiction or some sort of alien/demon. That is literally the path this manipulation takes, the cult doesn't want them to listen to family or friends outside of the cult that could unwarp them.

      Yeah, hearing these stories from New Zealand, I'm honestly questioning why half these people aren't being locked up in the looney bin. And there'd be tons of corporate profit to make from doing it, so I'm even more surprised that the US hasn't gone there yet. It's not like locking up perceived looneys is hard in the US, unlike in NZ where a series of scandals in the 70's and 80's prompted the near elimination of in-patient mental health facilities (and started a general neglect of mental healthcare that now has serious repercussions). Though now that I mention it, I suppose the issue is that these people just weren't and aren't _perceived_ as looneys in the US, at least not until they've already gone off the deep end. Now that's a scary thought. 😩

There was no convincing him of anything that contradicted what he wanted to believe. As hard as it was to live the rest of my life without him, it was actually a relief to not have to deal with someone trying to con me into believing so much of his crap. The dad makes perfect sense. He's a man with no internal strength who can't bear to accept that his son was almost killed, while he wasn't there to protect him. Maybe he was never a great father and the idea his son might have died and left things where they were with no chance to make it right scared him too much. Whatever the specifics, he would rather be angry at his son and consider him a liar than face reality, and he has weak enough mental discipline that he's let himself go for it. Most people are not strong of character. It's like the parents who hear their kid was molested by a stepdad or uncle and call the kid a liar. However the person always imaged they'd handle such a situation, in the moment they fear coming to terms with the implications so much, they leap for the nearest convenient delusion. It's common. What we consider bare minimum moral integrity is actually a standard many do not meet.
