In this episode they were visiting France to hunt partridge with the help from some falconeers. The rule of the show is, that if they don't get the animal they were hunting for, they must cook and eat a very different animal - this could be squirrel, seagull, badger, fox, guineapig, ferret, moles etc. But before the clip happened, one of the other falcons managed to kill a partridge. So they didn't have to eat the "rutilus roach" (weird fish) that was waiting for them in the freezer. So a happy ending... for the hosts.
