Would love to know this too....is there a way to do this without removing the motor mount? Seems there are 2 methods.....remove the alternator and retain the motor mount....or retain the alternator and remove the motor mount. Seems you SHOULD be able to remove the belt.....swing the alternator far forward...and get access without removing the motor mount OR alternator. Anyone?
Yeah I did last year when I put the Jun Camshafts in but never made a video on it, so since I tore that entire side of the motor apart again to replace the timing chain and stuff I made a video on how to do it this time
absolutely awesome camera work.
What vehicle is this? On the 2006 scion xa i noticed that others have been removing the passenger side motor mount to get to the waterpump and pulley.
