i think she should use more wheel to help the motion of roll ,Cause' more and more oldermen use this ,but they do'nt have strengh.

I'm so depressed about this machine. I've had it about 3 or 4 months and can't figure out how to load it. I'm afraid I will get started and then mess it up. It doesn't look to hard to do but my attention span is pretty short.
