- Hi guys ! and first of all thank you all so much for the support on my previous video and welcome to all you new subscribers :) For this build I pictured a single dad that likes fitness, cars and has his daughters on the weekend :) I had fun building the garage and then adding the flat above. I've been wanting the shower head and the bathroom flooring since I saw this video a few days ago. So, I learned how to put mods into my game and I see that I have to pay for practically all of the mods you've listed...I think i'll stick to free downloads.

hey how did you manage to have infinite money in sims 4 build mode? I love your videos 💗💗💗
If you go into build mode for a house that isn't occupied by a household, you won't be limited by funds, thus it appearing as infinite funds. Hope that helps.

AMAZING! But how do you make your camera like that? Steady and fixed. Like it doesn't go up and go down when you zoom in or out.
Thank you so much Jawnel 🤗💕 to answer your question - I actually just don't move it at all while I build and only move when I want a different angle 😊 I think if I moved too much, on a speed build it would be too hard to watch 😊🤗

This is a very beautiful design, I'm not trying to judge or anything and nobody has to agree with this but in my opinion not all dads would be as creative to decorate like this, yes there are some but I just dont see a dad going out of his way to hang random decor or placing plants around the house. Still a very pretty build though!

Hi Kimberly 🤗 the items you see that are not the base game items are ccs (custom content) which I downloaded from different creators - I shared the list of cc in the video description with all the different creators I use 😊😘

I love the design, but I will be honest, the bathroom is a bit of cringe point for me. Not that it looks bad, just I've lived that exact lay out, and it was such a hassle. Everyone kept barging in on one another, because it would be hard to tell when the bathroom was clear, and whenever we had guests, they had to go through one of the bedrooms of course, which for someone like me who doesn't like people in my personal space like that, it made me super uncomfortable. Otherwise, wonderful build. :)
