Having never seen or heard of this game before, a part of me really wanted that to be an actual part of the game. Slightly disappointed that it's not, even though it seemed obvious that it wasn't.

@@TheGameforestguy Actually that happened like, every single match! This one though you can see John Snail pushing a bolder that actually got stuck in the entrance to the finish line area, so when I zoomed by my momentum actually helped him push the bolder away, but since I was still running I zoomed by and stole first place!
Sometimes I’d win first place by A LANDSLIDE and I’d get last, it was so funny!

A fully realized version was released on Steam quite a while ago, called Dino Run DX.
The feeling of dread you get from this song as the world dies around you, as you run from current death, hoping for freedom, is a feeling I'll reminder everytime I play to the end of a video game
true nostalgia are the flash games and likes we played when bored in the middle of math class, and this was always a personal favourite, besides Pokemon tower defenceee, duck life and bloons (my God, imagine a gametal remix of a bloons song-.) I would still anticipate a sequel to Dino Run! Playing this game was fun, and finding all the secrets was exciting when every detour you take uses up precious time you could have spent running away. Managing to juggle exploring and finding the secret big dino eggs was satisfying!

man, i used to be really into this game when i was younger, i mean REALLY into it. played the flash, planet D, marathon of doom, SE, and DX versions whenever i had time after (or during) school. i think i was so active in the general community, the developers gave me a special name tag for the multiplayer mode.
but eventually the community became so inactive, i couldn't really enjoy it the same anymore. one day, i hope the eventual release of Dino Run 2 would revive the community somewhat. i'm still waiting.

Holy moly, this was a deep cut in terms of nostalgia! I've always loved this track for its heavy "everything is going to hell" feel, and you nailed it with your remix of it. Seriously, thank you for bringing an old fossil (hah) of a game like this back into some momentary spotlight.

Ooooh! I've never heard of this game! But it already seems interesting. Gotta love how many volcano/lava area themes have that...dunno how to describe it... rough? Hard? Vibes or something along those words, because it perfectly encapsulates the difficulty of not falling in lava or just straight up surviving in those stages, like the Lava stages of mario galaxy or the third stratum from EO3.
