4の主人公がコウリュウとスラオシャを使ってるのが堂島家を大切にしたプレイを連想させるね、スゴイ好き。
Just the fact that such detailed character models exist gaves me hope that *maybe* we could get a persona 3 remake

@@Asehhar Persona 3 sold 200k copies worldwide in its lifetime and Persona Q2 sold 160k worldwide in its lifetime. Compare that to SMT4 which sold 250k in one year in Japan alone or Persona 4 which sold 193k in its first week worldwide and yeah. Those 2 games were definitely a flop

Seems like Yu's new model and animations are more based off of Arena if anything. Since he's holding his blade with one hand as appose to two.
they realised how lame he looked in his og game so they changed it to make him look cooler
@@nickbarlas5544 or, his old animations looked weird with a new and improved model, because you know, those animations weren't made for persona 5 model style.

@@nickbarlas5544 He looked fine in P4, I especially enjoyed the way he handles his weapon in the same two-handed manner, and swings like a complete amateur. It adds charm since of course he has no formal training.
@@manuelmateo3392 yeah i agree. now that you mention it, he is pretty unskillful in P4/P4G. Its even more entertaining in P4 Arena because he's a literal master by then, so thats probably what P5R based Yu on
@@Joaquin-xq5wo Right, one of the more entertaining bits was that the party is composed of teenagers fighting opponents with whatever they can get their hands on, implements that they either know, or they think will help. Of the roster, Naoto is most likely the most proficient in her weapon, since she has actual marksmanship training, and Kanji's been in enough fights to know how to hit things, although he hasn't exactly faced monsters before. Teddie gets some points too as the same or similar supernatural entity to the ones they are fighting, but he really isn't the combative type. It's similar to how the P1 roster grabbed as many weapons as they could, because they knew they'd be fighting something, and the P2 crews altered reality like everyone else so they could buy their weapons. S.E.E.S has the Kurosawa plug so they could buy their stuff, and their school clubs double as weapons training for some of them, so all this to say that it's always been neat how seemingly mundane implements have been used by characters with or without training to fight the supernatural. Similar to how SMT has always had the power of the firearm available, which totally makes sense.

He looks more composed, confident. Which makes sense, considering this is the version of him at the End of the game.
On the other hand, his persona summoning animation’s lack of impact really shines through because of the expressiveness of his other animations.

Does Makoto yawn in P5 as a reference to his last month when he was slowly dying and was constantly tired? Or is that just an idle animation I missed?
Can be a reference to the seal or just a nod to his "i don't care" personality and getting tired mechanics in P3

@@puffpuffpassmako Either that, or it's most likely a reference to the tired/sick mechanic in the game, going through the Dark Hour missions and Tartarus can easily result in our characters getting tired, at least in the orignal Persona 3 and FES.
In the originals the way they hold their weapons make them look incompetent. In P5 they seem like their handle on it is more confident

I'm confident P3MC actually practices HEMA because he has the correct position for a fool's guard on top of placing his off hand on the hips and he actually strikes with both true edge and false edge of the arming sword.
Looked it up and your correct. He does seem to be using the fools guard. Nice attention to detail.

We're already going crazy on how insanely good they remade Makoto and Yu. But imagine how (hopefully) we'll have to fight Makoto, Yu, and Ren in P6
P6 will be good but for me i think atlus should remake one of the persona 1,2, or 3 first.

The fact they have such detailed models for everyone in P3 now makes me think there’s something more than just wanting to bring them back for a dancing game and a dlc
I like that they gave Minato and Souji more relaxed battle stances, even basing Minato's off of his victory pose. I like to think that it represents them having finished their journey and they have the confidence to show for it (and not having to be on their guard 24/7).
リメイクでなくとも最近のメガテンみたいにリマスターとかダウンロード版限定の移植だけでもやって欲しいけど、アトラスってそういうの渋ってるイメージなんだよな…

I honestly have to say that I actually prefer Makoto's pose leaning toward his sword. I don't mean to be a purist, but I just believe it represents him better.

ポリゴンはP5版の方が綺麗だが、動きは昔の方が滑らかで強弱があるように見える。アニメ的な誇張した動き(演出)も必要なのかも。武器の持ち替えとかも
それを等身高くしたモデルでやるとギャグになるんでしょ
個人的にはP5版の方がキレがあってカッコよく見えるけどね...

He’s a popular guy who had a shit home life and is insecure about himself but is trying to be the best version of himself he can be when he’s given then chance to start over (When he moved to Inaba)
Considering he has flaws he’s not a Chad. He’s no more Chad then any other Persona Protagonist as they all equally have moments where they are cool and get all the girls. The fact that Yu gets all of the praise is just annoying at this point.

God so damn beautiful. As much as P2 and P1 need remakes I think upping their graphics gets rid of their flare. I loved P1 and 0p2 and truly think despite being old as shit ( yes I know they got psp versions) they had a charm to them the other games lacked.
I feel the same way for the other games ( of course Imma buy the game regardless ( but seeing a persona complete collection to celebrate 25 years of persona would be amazing)
I would absolutely love if P4 and P3 got remakes for PS5 and PS4 I’d be set gaming wise for the next two years minimum

P3 Protagonist in his own game was lazy slumped over and didn't care much. In P5R he holds himself up more, still a bit lazy, effortlessly flashy, and I still believe he wants to go back to his nap. I mean it is hard work holding back Nix.
P4 Protagonist grew into wielding a sword. Overall to me. Hardly much hasn't changed. At least to me.

The P4 MC's idle animations are based off of P4 Arena's rather than the original game's.
Remember guys, since the dancing games are canon and they take place after the original game this means Makoto was brought back to life in the main series

Remake Def:
In these games the general plot, characters, setting, etc. from the original game are retained, and the general idea of the gameplay from the original is retained as well, but everything is rebuilt from the ground up. That means new assets, new control schemes, maybe some new content, new rebalancing, so on so forth.
I’m not sure if your getting it confused with reimagining/adaptations. It’s similar to a remake but with a “what if” thrown in. For example what if the persona 5 protagonist didn’t interfere with shido leading up up to his arrest. The game would have a different plot and characters
I mostly got it from a website but I’m not 100% sure if it’s reliable. And also P5’s “remaster” was actually a rerelease. Basically the base game with more content
