Had the katsudon one time and the katsu curry the second. Both were delicious. Curry was spicier than most Japanese curries are by default. Definitely worth checking out and I agree with Japan Eat's A-tier. Unfortunately it was the only place I had time to eat at in Center Plaza due to my short stay in Kobe, But I do hope to return there some day.

The local mall food court near me has Cheesesteak, Burger King, Corn Dogs, A sushi place (very generic and overpriced), a japanese food place (very generic and overpriced), a pizza place (very generic and overpriced), and a french fry shop. That's it. The three I included parentheses for are places I've tried and been deeply disappointed by. The Cheesesteak place is really good but it's super understaffed so you have a 50/50 chance of getting to eat there at all. Elsewhere in the mall is an Anne's Pretzel shop, a local tea place (good but VERY pricey because it's local), and a Boba Tea Co (overpriced but tasty).
Honestly, anybody ever think about how this guy does it? Imagine going out to eat, and FILMING. Genuinely good shots of the entire process. From the journey there, to ordering, even catching good shots of the chef if he can. Editing, clever and insightful commentary. Wonderful, one of my favorite creators.
As an ex trumpet player soloist, this is so true because either I would play 3 hidden notes or i would literally carry the entire music piece and had to be good at it or else my mistakes was obvious. Luckily i didn't make a mistake.
