In retrospect they were all young. and enthusiastic in dance sport....now in 2024, 9 yrs have passed since then. I can recognize only 1 couple: Konstantin from Estonia....who is still a strong contender at WDSF...!

I'm sorry, but 107 was hands down the best. They had better phrasing and musicality, moved better and sharper than anyone on the floor. And their confidence suggested they had excellence to spare. And not to mention looked the best. Her dress? yah that was the best one.
Yes I noticed that. I don't understand why, but it must have been some technical issue that most people people's eyes aren't trained to see. In ballroom I guess it's not nearly as much about who looks the best as it is about who has does every detail by the book. And I've heard that judges often make decisions for political reasons, even going so far as to decide how they will rank the dancers before the dancing starts. But that's just something I heard.

For example the Jive (last dance), choreograghy can done to any other song as long as it as that type of beat/music. At least that's how I understand it. I could be wrong. Yes, it is stuning!! Depends on what you mean as "choreographed." It's MOSTLY choreographed, but they improvise because there are other dancers on the floor. These are some of the top dancers in the world so the men determine how they lead and what they lead according to where they are on the floor and how close other dancers get to them.
Its an art form, she looks great, she feels confident and its a competition just like figure skating with rinestones, gotta stand out, looking up closely almost all the girls have lots of make up no big deal
