Hi, here are some elaborations :)

    任风吹雨打
风吹雨打 - a Chinese idiom that originally referred to the destruction of flowers and trees by wind and rain. It is a metaphor for the persecution of the weak by evil forces, and it is also a metaphor for severe tests. From 《三绝句》.
任 - a Chinese character used today that was first seen in oracle bone inscriptions. Its original meaning is a person who can undertake the task of crossing the jungle or leading people out of the encirclement. It is extended to 担当 (undertake), 承受 (endure), 责任 (responsibility), and 重担 (heavy burden).
The lyrics are saying (in my opinion) that the person (in this case Elsa) is going to allow whatever forces out there to rage like the wind and rain, bearing any and all consequences for she believes that she has reached the extend of her ability to do any better.
The word 任 plays a huge part in this as (as an independent character by itself) it gives off an aura of allowance, not because of weakness or due to being unwilling to resist, but because one has reached the limit of what they are capable of and is honest in their admittance of the limitations of their abilities. Therefore making them willing to submit to any consequences with no sense of guilt nor self-pity for they have tried their absolute best.

让我看见 literally translates to 'let me see' but I wrote 'what I will see' in an effort to link to the next line of lyrics ('are my breakthroughs and limits') so that the translations will make sense.

曙光 refers to the sunlight that peaks out just above the horizon; dawn. It is also a metaphor for the bright future that one has seen/ already sees.
