- Nick Diaz announced today he plans on fighting in early 2021. He just completed a 14 week Diet & Training program and did a test weight cut down to 170. Here is him looking in shape with his test weight cut and him and Nate Working on kicks. Also he gives a glimpse of Him & Nate rolling in the Gi.

Nick did since like UFC 47. One of the first 100 fighters in the UFC, one of the first American Gracie blackbelts back in 2007. Which getting a blackbelt under a gracie back then took years he didnt have one for alot of his fights in the ufc now they hand them out like candy. So he's 3rd degree blackbelt. Then developed his striking into a pro boxer and many other martial arts but boxing primarily, like u said win or lose nick diaz is and always will be a legend. Started sparring with boxing champion Andre ward at 16. And idc what anyone says prime Nick had the best boxing in MMA better than any fighter. Masvidal has the kicks and knees, McGregor was better than Masvidal and I dont even like mcgreger hes a doushe. But pure boxing he had all of them beat and would have lasted and done a hell of s lot better against Floyd. While tapping people out with gogoplatas. He was saying would punk all his opponents in the ring since early 2000s when nobody else was doing that. Pimp slapping lol, first triathlete in mma, biggest weed advocate in ufc the list goes on. These new fans can talk all shit they want about nick he paved the way for alot of these fighters that got rich copying his style and trying to do the shit he did and Nick didnt even get paid like he should have. Hes already fought for decades if he wins or gets KOed will always be a legend man should be able to kick back and live life the impact he made is unparallel. He would be in the hall of fame if he didnt buck the system but then again that what makes him a cooler fighter to me also. My favorite fighter to watch even if does lose What a career.

i don't want to see it. I think Nick's judgement is clouded. He may be thinking "it's now or never", but he waited too long. I think there will be a gap with speed and strength. Sure, he can box, but i think the killers at 170 will run through him. I'd be happy if I was wrong.

@Luke Taylor nate vs masvidal literally got stopped in the middle of the fight, that wasn't something you would consider a good decision. But it happened, diaz fights are extremely prone to cancellation.
