I think the trash bear can only buy a certain amount of food off of Sasquatch at a certain time, and the reason that they’re selling the food to the bear at the sawmill instead of the bear at home is because the bear at the sawmill will pay more for food that’s been in the trash

That way you can make money without having to put stuff in and out of the trash
You get the chance after you complete the 4th chapter (mayor). As the mayor, on floor three at the town hall, you will be able to talk to many people about customization on different parts of town. To customize the supermarket, it’s $10000 coins. Hope this helps!

Also I recommend using the dumpster next to the gas station since it’s bigger than those little garbage cans. Also I wouldnt recommend just grabbing “anything that’s worth 20 coins” because as you can see, you don’t even get that price when you sell those items. Instead, what I do recommend is that you buy the tacos from the taco truck on the other island along with those burgers from the diner.

But it’s easier to put everything in the trash because it’s hard to try to avoid all 16 oranges that you got from the supermarket. After all this is a beginner guide, and when doing so myself of putting stuff in the trash. It was very annoying accidentally grabbing oranges. I know you can buy them after, but it’s a lot of going back and fourth which can be time consuming knowing that the going back for the steal of the oranges can take approximately 1-2 minutes depending on how long the police stay. It’s better to do it all in one run. Therefore, putting the oranges in the trash anyway can take less time than stealing it all over again or avoiding. Also, going to the island is $100 just for a ticket. I know you might just use a boat, but beginners don’t usually have boats. This money making method was also made for purchases that can be made in the price range of the chapter one items. You also need a bank account to get the boat, which you can get in chapter 2 when working at R-corp, which therefore means you can’t get the boat to drive to the island. You then only get to buy 5 tacos for $250. Which means you spending $350 on tacos. When you sell the tacos to the bear for $100 each your getting back $500 which means your only getting $250 real profit. Also the time to make that trip for the tacos takes around 5-6 minutes counting the ferry ride. After all this is supposed to be a $10000 per hour method, and it should only take 10 minutes to do it once. And buying the tacos will slow down the time. All of these extra gaps of time can add up to around 7 more minutes, which can almost double to time for the method and only make you $250 more. Thanks for the idea to use the dumpster though. The garbage cans are way to small 😂
