RUclips is coming out with a system for creators with less than 500k subs. In the future you can send your creator "hype"(kind of like a like) which will push them further up a leaderboard and increase the odds of them coming out on everyone's home page. You will also be able to buy extra hype to give. This isn't here yet though.
