Major in something you’re interested in! A major where you’ll excel! It does not have to be science based.

Are you still working in a FQHC? Ive heard that at FQHC you don't do a lot if any crowns and are only doing extractions, fillings, dentures. If you aren't in the FQHC anymore. Did you have hard time adjusting?

It’s difficult but not impossible. If you put your mind to it and work hard you can achieve that goal.
What did you study in college to get your certifications as a dentist ?

How does an FQHC Dentist’s income compare that of a private practice Associate’s salary?
Great question! An FQHC dentist is usually receiving a salary while a private practice Associate is most likely being paid based on a base pay and production. I will make a video on this in the near future.

In addition to remuneration model, other contents to cover in your forthcoming video include, average relative salaries, careers growth opportunities and most importantly hands on training. I am trying to assess if it’s necessary to attend a GPR/ARGD program after dental school. Lastly, can a Canadian citizen participate in the FQHC program and be eligible for the student loan subsidy program. I am attending a Canadian dental school and all my student lian’s are Canadian based.
I notice that you said you didnt work fridays. I also have the NHSC scholarship and know we need 40 hours a week ( 32 clinical and 8 admin hours). How does that work for you? like do you do admin work at home on fridays?
I worked 4 - 10hour days.

I enjoy a wide range of procedures for variety!
