The duration add ons actually specify that it increases the amount of stalk to get to tier 3 "for the first time," so after going back to tier 2 you see the meter is partially filled is completely intended. The add ons arent supposed to increase the amount of stalking required for every tier 3, just the first time like the description implies
I like the changes overall. I think the 0.4 up close stalk speed is a little harsh. I think it should be raised to 0.6 at the least. I would also like an activation prompt for tier 3, like Oni's power.
To clarify, I do know that the direct changes to the tombstone addons were technically nerfs but they only compensate for the basekit change and the overall strategy is stronger now.
i expected them to nerf the tombstone to the ground since it ruins every match against myers. literally everyone dies in 5 minutes with 0 hooks and without any real counter besides locker or vaulting exploiting, but they lowkey buffed it actually. the rest of the changes are fine but there was a reason why myers was such an outdated killer and they fucked up the game even more now since more matches are gonna be against him now

I wish his long distance stalk would be like 1.5 instead of 1. Or well it increases the farther you are. Idk the range stalk limit though
