Your videos are so inspiring! Every time I watch them, I can’t wait to head to my local thrift store the next morning and pick up my next project.Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
Love your "Girl Math" Fia! Makes sense to me. I liked your tray for the kitchen and how you styled it. I enjoy your videos and seeing what you pick up at the Goodwill bins.
I always look forward to your videos Fia. I love that you often include items that aren’t your style but you still include them for those whose style they might be! ❤
I am not a scallops person. Just reminds me too much of the 60s. So I’m kinda in shock that I love the plate/small bowl idea. There are lots of these at my local thrift store and it’s such an easy DIY. Gonna make them for gf Christmas gifts!
All so good. As far as the sconce, you could combine it with maybe a part of a curtain rod/finial situation painted to match, or even wood piece painted to match and maybe a piece of leather wrapped at the joint
I think on the black iron piece you took off; I would try to find something to either glue on or weld onto it. Your style is so much like mine. I am always intrigued by your outcomes! xo
Happy Sunday beautiful lady. You just create the perfect pieces. I love what you did with the shelf I live working with wood projects. My favorite is the shelf and the wreath everything is gorgeous thank you once again for another inspirational video have a wonderful week 🌈🦋💗💙🧡💚💛
Hard to pick a favorite but that mailbox I’m loving! On the candle sconce maybe use a cafe curtain rod the kind with just a small cap/finial…they are hollow and may slide over the part you cut off. You could leave it as long as you wanted. Would be a very modern sleek piece IMO.
Just subscribed. Loved this video. I really liked the shelf you made by the front door. My husband found that rifle display shelf years ago in a thrift store. He put his antique golf club collection in it
I’m not sure how/if it would work, but my first thought with the sconces was maybe some kind of curtain rod end cap? I hope that makes sense :) or maybe a cabinet pull of some sort that is flat on one side.
Wow! These are all great ❤️ that stone tray turned out better then the original. And for the iron sconces you could find a wooden shape from HL or michaels. Then use the metal spray paint that looks like metal. Also sand it really smooth so the grain doesn't show. Maybe find a bell with a wooden handle and use that?
Thanks love doing this it makes me feel good about recycling and saving money as well as I usually like the made over projects more than expensive new ones!!!❤❤❤
Hey Queen FIA! The entry shelf❤❤❤. I also am very impressed with the Fall Hearth and Hand drop , best collection in a while & the prices aren't actually too bad if we can find a thrift dupe !
You rock this genre! I have to ask, your hartville looks like mine on the outside. I realize it’s in bad taste to ask, but I thought you were in Washington. I can never pick a favorite they are all spectacular!
I'd wrap leather around the center and loop at top to hang...you can even pop a large upholstery nail to top and bottom of the leather Your work is phenomenal 👏
You always have such beautiful dupes or hacks! My question to you is when you go to look and get inspiration are you going and looking for something specific that you want or need in your home or on your storefront or your mother’s house or maybe even a friends Because I can go and get all kinds of inspiration and yes, they are styles and decor that I love but I don’t necessarily need to bring it all home and do it that’s my issue now and I’m trying to get rid of all of that so tell me, do you go looking for something specifically, a design or a piece of furniture or a piece of decor and then, go from your inspiration to the thrift store
Great stuff! For me I would have cut of the scrolled part of the sconce and left the flat part. But now that it’s cut off, can you still cut off the scrolls and then weld the piece back into the sconce? I don’t know if I’m explaining it right now
OK I know it's been a few months but what about using 1/2 of a wood finial or 1/2 wood candle stick hooked to the black iron candle sticks and at the top of the wood a black metal circle. If you drill a hole at the top of the metal candles you could use a Carver to carve out the bottom portion from the wood finial or candle stick and screw them together so it will hold.
If I was ever so lucky as to find those boxes, they would cost at least 20 dollars at a thrift store here in Canada. Our prices are insane. It wasn't always the case, but since thrifting became popular that's what happened. I always loved thrifting and frankly always operated on a super small budget, but back in the day people were embarrassed to thrift. Nowadays is a respected hobby.
@@FiaGarciaDIY I will always watch tour channel, really admire your talent and style. Still go thrifting on a regular basis because it's cheaper than buying full retail price, and it's exciting , tou never know what you'll find. Just hav e to live with the Canadian prices. Thank you for all the I inspiration you provide. Absolutely love everything you do.
Truly enjoy your astetic, videos and your creative ideas, but I have to ask... do you really find that many great objects to flip in the Good Will you mention on your videos? The Good Will in my area rarely has anything truly useful!
I wish you would have refinished the wood on the old gun rack thingy. That paint job is running dangerously close to late 60's "antique finishing" which is grotesque.
You do beautiful work. Clever and creative... the music sounds kind of melancholy. Maybe it's just me but it doesn't seem to fit your bubbly personality. Not trying to be critical but I guess I am being critical aren't I. I just finished another video and when I turn yours on my emotions kind of dropped and I knew it was the music. It certainly wasn't you and your great ideas❤❤❤
@@FiaGarciaDIY I hope I didn't offend you. That is absolutely the opposite of why I even mentioned it. When your video starts the very beginning is the down part of that Melody. Maybe I'm just touchy today because you are fabulous but you. might agree who knows. I am just an old lady 😁
@lissab2988 it's not bad music, in my opinion but in always ends on a down note. Much different than Sofia. She's a clever, stunning, creative, person. It struck me just today that when the music came on, my mood saddened. Maybe it's me but I figured it's worth mentioning
Painting the florals to a more natural color were my favorites
Just found your channel, and as a lifelong thrifter I am in love with all of the ideas you share! Thanks for the inspiration
Amazing pieces once again Fia 👏👏👏
Your videos are so inspiring! Every time I watch them, I can’t wait to head to my local thrift store the next morning and pick up my next project.Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
I always find picking a favorite the hardest thing. All of your content is fantastic! ❤❤❤❤
You are so sweet!
Love the entry shelf! I say no on the putty. Another iron piece would really top it off!😊
I think so too!
You did a beautiful job on the shelf. I love how it looks with the wreath hanging over it.
Thank you so much!
You are just so good at this! So creative and have absolutely impeccable taste!
My favorites are the oval frame with the floral print and the metal mailbox. Terrific ideas!
You are definitely one of my favorite RUclipsrs. I look forward to your videos!!!
You are so creative and talented!
I am always amazed at what you find and how you transform it … just amazing !
Love the cute little brown boxes, Fia.
Loved the gun rack turned wall shelf! ❤
Always look forward to your videos.
I look forward to these videos. ❤
I'm so glad!
You have an incredible gift for re-imagining items into their best version. ❤
I wait weekly for your videos! You are amazingly talented! This video is a great one with current content.
Cool! You’re always on point!

I can’t get enough of your videos! You’re so talented and inspiring. I definitely looked forward to a new one each week!
Absolutely love the wall shelf!!
You're such an inspiration! I love your front door. Could you share the color ?
Beautiful like always ..❤
TFS Fia! ♡
Very creative. Thanks for posting.
Your home looks so beautiful. Your flips are the most inspiring I’ve ever seen ❤
LOVE the wooden shelf!!!! Perfect!
All so good. As far as the sconce, you could combine it with maybe a part of a curtain rod/finial situation painted to match, or even wood piece painted to match and maybe a piece of leather wrapped at the joint
Those are great suggestions!! Thank you!

Crushing it again Ms. Fia. I just can never pick a favorite.. EVERYTHING you touch turns into beautiful home decor. The struggle is real 🤦🏼♀️😂

Enjoyed. 💚
I love watching your style evolve! The vintage style pieces are elevating the contemporary vibe so much! Thanks for sharing!
Always great style

“Girl math” is my favorite! I do the same 🥰🤣
Totally just found your channel. I'm loven your style and DIYs, very impressive.
All of them ❤❤❤
Hi Fiancé love your videos. So inspiring! Could you please list the canva print you used?
I love your videos! Your voice reminds of Jaclyn Hill for some reason ❤
Lovely!
GENIUS
Thank you!!
I only got a glimpse but from the piece you removed it looks like a gun rack. You made an awesome change to the pieces.
Love your videos! Thank you for all the great suggestions! 😄

i love all of them, can you show us how to make a cute first aid kit fbox
Once it comes in the mail, I am hoping to see how we can dupe it!!
I love this type of video great job
Wow your thrift store is great
You could use a finial for the wall sconce.
A wooden bead may work on the top of your wall sconces. Similar to what's on your kitchen shelf. I love your vibe.
Thanks love doing this it makes me feel good about recycling and saving money as well as I usually like the made over projects more than expensive new ones!!!❤❤❤
Yay! Thank you!!
Fabulous
Just love everything! I've never been, but I'm going to my goodwill bins!
Love the wall shelf
Hey Queen FIA!
The entry shelf❤❤❤. I also am very impressed with the Fall Hearth and Hand drop , best collection in a while & the prices aren't actually too bad if we can find a thrift dupe !
Maybe use a wooden post topper on the candle sconce and paint it like the shelf the color of your stairs .
Do you have a video of your stairs?
You might try Bar Keepers Friend to clean the tray next time.
That wall shelf! ❤❤❤ Did you do a video on the stair makeover with that same finish?
All interesting
Thank you!
I like the new finish on the entry shelf but, as others have said, it's hard to choose a favorite because they're all so good.
Hi dear. Which printer do you use to print your photo for that frame?
Hi! I just used a printer I thrifted for $12 a long time ago! Its HP 2700!
Thank you
SO Good!…..we need Merch that says
‘With That Being Said’
Or
‘That About Wraps It Up’
Anytime I buy foliage, whether at Goodwill or Hobby Lobby, I use my heat gun to move around the leaves, especially if they are folded.
For the top of the wall sconce, maybe you could find an iron wall hook you like, there are so many options available.
Oh, I love that tray. I wish I'd been born with a brain that thinks like yours does!! Lovely work.
I like your versions way more

I LOVE your videos!! I get so inspired after watching them .. what would you call your style? Thank you 😍
I'd wrap leather around the center and loop at top to hang...you can even pop a large upholstery nail to top and bottom of the leather
Your work is phenomenal 👏
I'm not 1000% sure how I found your channel but I just realized that we live in the same area as I've been to the Hartville Thrift Store many times!

Weld a piece and even wrap wire around the joint to make it look decorative on purpose.
Love your videos and all the ideas.
What’s the name of the free printable art site again? Thanks

You could use a dowel Rod or square, thing piece of wood that your paint and attach with E 6000
Put a finial on top of metal candle holder
Great idea!!
❤❤

New subscriber here ❤😊
Look into Fence or Lamp Finials.
😊
Paint a bigger bead black and put on the sconce. Or make a spear about 4 inches out of clay .
How is antiquing wax 'watered down'?
'
Can I come shop your house? Please!
I want to be your neighbor!
I wish you would have refinished the wood on the old gun rack thingy. That paint job is running dangerously close to late 60's "antique finishing" which is grotesque.
That's why I used antiquing wax! I love that look but totally get its not for everyone!
I think it looks gorgeous 😍 and ties so well with all the beautiful items in your house ❤ stunning!!!!

I appreciate music with no lyrics.
