Your sweater looks so good on you.b. You scored a lot of nice things. Your hot chocolate bar looks so pretty and all those thrifted items look good together. Can't wait to see your secretary desk.
The first canister is a butter bell .....Google it ! They are vintage (some) I love it I have 2 one crystal older and a target marble one I waited 3 months to get my hands on this year! I love your channel 💕 your vibe ...your home all of the mentioned are so cozy!! Love Traci
Oh my goodness, I love it more now! I looked it up and the same one is on amazon for $30!!! Steal!! Thank you so much for watching and for sharing such kind words with me, I truly appriciate you! Have a lovely weekend, sending love back!!
Butter bells are usually the other way around - the part for the butter is the top and you put a bit of water in the bottom part. And they are usually ceramic not glass.
What beautiful content ❤. Good for you for thrifting! As you mentioned, we find so much neat stuff and sometimes one of a kind gem... I love thrifting ❤.
Thank you so much! It feels so good to find such great pieces and be able to give them a second life! I appriciate you friend and hope you have a lovely weekend!
Hi Elizabeth 🎄. This is such a cute coffee bar and love your styling of all your thrifted decor , so simplistic and not over done. The kiddo’s will be loving it. Your thrift stores definetly had some nice things. Great video 🌲❤️🌲
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I had so much fun styling the coffee bar! 🎄❤️ The kids enjoyed a cup of cheer last night after getting our tree, it was so special! Happy to create these moments and share pockets of joy here too! Have a lovely weekend dear friend!
Hi friend 👋 Yes, our thrift stores here are pricey on the trees as well. I love a nice Nativity too. Can we talk about that tea/ coffee pot😮so glad you got it , it's stunning & is the star of your coco bar! Have a beautiful week❤
Thank you so much! That little pot is a real steal for sure, I am pretty sure I talked to myself when I found it haha!! We all love having that cozy corner to enjoy hot drinks, makes it extra festive!! I hope you have a beautiful week friend, thank you for always being here
Just about every moment with your children is memorable … how special you put together your hot cocoa bar with your three!!! Bet that will become a tradition for you. Yesterday was our Thanksgiving celebration with our 33, 29, & 27 year olds, our 2 DILs, and our grandson. It was such a special time, and the happy memories will “keep me company” until next time we are all together!
It’s fun to repurpose things and give items “another chance” to beautify or serve a purpose at another home. That’s not a feeling I can get when I buy brand new. Sometimes I think about what stories these items could tell about their previous life.
Hello my friend! Hope you & your family had a wonderful & blessed Thanksgiving!🦃 Oh Wow! I've been wanting A secretary desk, an older one. But just haven't found the right one at the right price yet. Oh my.. that's way too high for a used tree!🤯 You can get a new one for those prices! I haven't been in any thrift stores lately, so i'm not sure how the pricing is on Christmas items here in Florida.🤷♀️ I'm hoping to go to a few thrift stores or the antique mall before Christmas. If not, we're going up to our hometown in NC to spend Christmas thru new year, about 10 days, with my MIL. There's 2 really good thrift stores & a really nice GW there & I KNOW we'll hit those! They have great prices too! They have the clear balls that are plastic at the Dollar Tree also! They even have different little things to out in them for DIY projects. They have them every year! That raw edged cutting board was gorgeous! And I loved the wood tray you picked up right after the cutting board. I would rub that down with antiquing wax to make it look older, it would really be a beautiful piece! I loved the little brass etched pan with the wooden handle, so pretty! I Iove old tins, especially the Christmas ones. I have a few, ones my age or older. My mama had the exact same one she kept it in her sewing machine drawer with threads, buttons, bobbins & other things for as long as i could remember. I found it on a bottom shelf in an antique store & it actually had old spools of thread in it. That was my little God wink.🥹 The wood piece with 3 cloches was really pretty. I would use it to put little Christmas pieces under the cloches, would be such a pretty decor piece! I love all the cloches!!🤍 Also with thrifting, everybody isn't going to have the same decor pieces! I mean yes there's pieces that you pick up & others may have the same piece like a rolling pin or a plate maybe even a picture or a brass candle stick. But everyone, across the states, can't run to the same store in their town & hope it isn't sold out! 50 people within a few miles don't have the same piece! loll You get more unique pieces.. and we all may use a similar piece in 5 different ways. Its just different.. Period! Its like creative buying sometimes! You don't always use the pieces for what they are made for. Oh I loved the Santas workshop piece! Prime example.. how many others have that piece? Maybe A couple, if that! I have a nice collection of silver & really don't need more.. but that short little teapot was precious & beautiful!❤ Love the first little cloche style canister! Love the details on your silver teapot! All the ones I have, have beautiful details which is why i picked each piece.😉 But I do want to find one of the shorter styled ones. I'm also looking for an old sugar scoop. Its for holding sugar like a sugar dish but it looks like a big scoop tilted on the side & on little legs. They're beautiful pieces & I'd love to add one along with a short pot to my collection! The little Santa hat in the frame is precious!😊 The bar looks so pretty, fun & festive! Totally off here but for the longest time i looked for an old Cameo brooch, i want to put it on a piece of velvet fabric & frame it in a Victorian looking frame, with no glass. I won a giveaway not long ago here on a Utube channel, for a gorgeous stained & crazed ironstone pitcher. She knew I had been looking. She found 2 brooches & threw them in the box also! That's another example of using something other than what its made for & making it beautiful!😊 I really enjoyed the video! I'm always chatty, but i was really extra chatty today! I had alot to say 🤷♀️ lol😂 Thanks for sharing Elizabeth! I pray you have a blessed weekend!🙏🏻
Crying over the snow man glass canister, we can’t get them here in Australia and I desperately would love one. Hopefully I can get one next trip to America!
Yep Christmas trees prices at our thrift stores are outrageous as well. You can get a brand new one on sale for so much cheaper. Or target display one 😂
Goodwill and Savers (technically Value Village here in Canada) have gone down the stupid path on their pricing! I found one of those outdoor light up reindeer’s, it was in the box so I was able to find it on the website from the seller and it was $120 and VV wanted $100 for it! For $20 more you can get it brand new, so ridiculous.
Hi! Newer to the channel(: Thank you for keeping thrifting trendy in an overconsumed, overstimulated society. 🎄 Any pro tips on removing the god-awful price stickers on thrifted itmes? Again, new to the channel, so not sure if you address this in other videos(:
Remove as much of the paper part of the tag as you can, then use cooking oil and “elbow grease” to get the remaining adhesive off. Also, tags/labels will come off a bit more easily when warm, I sometimes use a hair dryer to loosen them before trying to peel off.
Welcome!! So happy to have you, thank you so much for watching! I hope you continue to enjoy my channel! I use dish soap, put a little on and let it sit - then it comes right off!!
I have the same tea pot or coffee pot, not sure. I thrifted mine also and I actually got 2, different sizes. I thought they were pretty. If your family likes sprinkles or chocolate chips on top of their hot chocolate, you could use the glass tree for that. Your thrift store is higher price but I mostly go to goodwill near me since value village is further away and I do find value village higher priced. My pots I bought were $6 each. Nice cocoa bar. What did you put into the brass sugar bowl thing?
❤ Elizabeth, who is performing the lovely song ending your video? I love it and couldn’t locate it on iTunes. I really enjoyed your presentation. So inspirational.

Not a butter bell, it had a candle in it, I have one.
Oh my goodness, I love it more now! I looked it up and the same one is on amazon for $30!!! Steal!! Thank you so much for watching and for sharing such kind words with me, I truly appriciate you! Have a lovely weekend, sending love back!!

Your silver plate ‘teapot’ is a coffee pot. The brass effect is caused by the silver plate wearing off.
It’s actually gold and the patina is beautiful, giving it a brass look! Thank you so much for watching ❤️
Hi liz ❤ i love 5he coco bar too cute and trifting is always fun thanks for sharing always Laura ❤️
I'm so glad you like the cocoa bar, it adds such a fun little touch! I love bringing you all along, happy you enjoy it too

The black overs on you silver coffee pot are to insulate the handle from getting to hot to hold it.
I love learning all these little tricks! Thank you so much for watching!

I agree!! I love finding hidden unique things but a Christmas tree is a tree lol! Thank you for watching
Oooh I would love to see more of your styling vignettes and less thrifting shopping. Darling kitchen vignette
Thank you so much for watching! I have lots of different types of videos, I hope you enjoy them! ❤️🎄
I don't think that it's a teapot. It looks lika a coffeepot. It's nice.
Yep it’s a coffee pot
Thank you for correcting me!! I learn so many things from you all

I know! It's so frustrating to see those kinds of mark ups, I just focus on all the gems and pass the other stuff up!! Thank you for watching
Yes the price of trees are very high in Arizona too.
Where did you get your sweater it’s beautiful
Thank you so much for watching!! I thrifted it a few weeks back

Where did you get the good Christmas sign in your mantle?
I got it from walmart, under $15!! Thank you so much for watching!
I have the same tea pot or coffee pot, not sure. I thrifted mine also and I actually got 2, different sizes. I thought they were pretty.
