    keep going, 6 years ago your boxing diet video made me through mental desase and over weight problem. thank you and i believe you made me belived in you, then i believe you can do it now

      Thank you brother, I do it all to inspire others, I know there’s many more going through the same struggle as I did and if I can lead them into the light by sharing my story then I’d gladly do it.

    Great vid man did you do boxing only for the 8 weeks or did you have a gym program as well? I'm currently on my boxing journey at 115kg from 121kg in the last 2 months...I feel I could be doing better but I'm not sure what the best program for the gym is...I do boxing about 3 times a week due to finances.

      I mainly did boxing but I also added weight training but always boxing weights was just additional.
      You’re doing amazing honestly, don’t compare your journey to the progress of others, just focus on bettering yourself.
      Don’t worry about that boxing can be done anywhere, I would say running outside and shadowboxing when you’re not in the boxing gym are great way to lose weight.
      Then when you’re in the boxing gym go ham on the bag and really push yourself, 3 good days of training is good enough for the whole week to lose weight if you keep a healthy and balanced diet.
