      I totally agree. I would also give credit to DJ Premier, Pete Rock, J Dilla, DJ Quik, Dr. Dre,DJ Battlecat, Bobcat, Larry Smith who was the producer for Whodini and RunDMC, Cold 187um of Above the Law all get credit.

    Every emcee on this track was straight dope and had bars. Yall dont understand how hard this song hit when it came out. I remember Kool DJ Red Alert and Chuck Chill Out mixing this song 98.7 KissFM. Real 80's New Yorkers know what the hell I'm talking about.

    I went to a Damian Marley concert in Philly in 2015 and we went to the little club next door afterwards and the DJ spun old school hip hop for hours. I lost my mind! I was 36 so I dont go out clubbing anymore but man, what a night.😃

    I had the pleasure of living right above Marley in queensbridge when I was about 15 years old. I remember hearing everything he created through the walls. Also had the oppurtunity to see all the juice crew members quite frequently. I also had the opportunity to sit in his apartment and watch him do his thing. He is one of the guys that influenced me to do music. Just wish he would have have me a shot but I was still to young to play with the big boys, but lucky for me that I found my own path.

    Best posse cut ever. Good and clear lyrics. No mumbling. Even with a lisp you can still understand Kool G Rap.And the beat. Straight hardcore. A good producer doesn't just pick the right samples. They have to make it work also and Marley did. He always does.

    Don't sleep on Masta Ace's version. He went hard over the full track which, was a bonus on the CD... and some later reprints.
