"the level designers are writing checks the game can't cash" might be your best assessment of the game yet.
There's a mag that lets you turn grass into cloth but it takes a metric butt-ton of grass.
The farmer hat only helps you find seeds in loot. The boots increase your chances of getting a seed on harvest. Not sure if it works with wild stuff, or only with ones you planted though.
You can't get seeds from wild plants, only ones you plant yourself.
Yes the farmer hat is basically a useless item I'd use ANY other headgear harvesting my crops. Since we know the fun pimps watch these videos maybe they also read comments. If they split the bonuses between armor pieces OR made the hat do a stamina bonus for brawling so you don't expend stamina while harvesting that would be a good bonus for the farming set. Although I suppose the farming hat is useful in the early game.
It’s either definitely a grenades POI or Laney with her rocket launcher 😂
Imagine designing that POI and thinking "Yeah the zombies should totally have double health now"

might i recomend for the t5 pois "oh shitz drops" quick way down plus well its a quick escape for breathing rooms... the fact you dont get demos in your pois is amazing i get at least two in the wasteland pois now with or with out a quest lol
IzPrebuilt, I was playing for quite a while on the experimental builds and salvage operations scrapping cars gave me stacks and stacks of cloth, and tons of parts to sell.
Within about an hour I have over 80,000 dukes without any intellect buffs or sale buffs from selling pipes, mechanical and car parts. I have over 2000 cloth in storage, its a great way to get some if needed as well as gas.
Most of the more compact T6s are good to bring explosives for, Army Base 6, Grover High, Minotaur Theatre and Red Mesa all have very large zombie spawns, even though you aren't specced into shotguns I suggest an auto shotty it will make short work of large hordes doesn't really spawn that many screamers since I think it based on how many shots fired versus how loud the shot is, SMG and M60 will bring screamers quite often but when using auto shotgun I almost never get one.
That's the second time I've seen someone run Minotaur. I can't wait to get to it in my game....if my seed has it.
The chances are not bad. I've seen it on my map in every bigger city. So it seems to be very common.
I loved minotaur , is very short and lots of zombies... i love red mesa too!!!
Usually I play a perception + agility build, specing into explosives and just running pipe bombs for higher tiers never felt as necessary after seeing this video
I’ve played almost every build except perception. I’ll have to look into that. The intellect build was so OP in mid game that it wasn’t even fun. It was like a mining simulator for turret ammo.
Recently upgraded my PC to an i9 and 4080 SUPER, this is the only game that still loses frames on ultra for me... It's unreal

@@JustQerq Are we really surprised that this game isn't performant? With how long this game has been in the works, the devs could have made a bespoke engine for this game, so it can actually handle what they're trying to do. Unfortunately, they've bloated everything to an extreme level, not focused on rewarding mechanics, made the skill curve such that difficulty is increased by artificial means, and haven't focused on making this behemoth runnable. It's ridiculous. Alpha 1.0 is more fitting of a title.

Farming is very profitable - body armour, 3 ranks in farming and super corn crops. Add barter sunnies, a cigar and a magnum and you can make serious coin and acquire stuff without making stuff.
Can I just point out that one of the rewards for clearing a tier 6 is hobo stew...
lol, i just play this poi, and is a nightmare... zombies evrywhere!!!!
For cloth what me and my group does is we harvest all the curtains we come across, and breaking cars constantly for extra cotton
The level designers of this game are like a kid that just got super Mario maker and made a level with like 20 Bowser's and all the enemies the editor let him place
I have had a broken leg and it seemed to be overwritten with a new broken leg for much shorter (seconds) and go away. I saw another youtuber with similar thing so some sort of bug. I like the new POI - quicker and deadlier. The first play through was a bit tougher as my buddy jumped down into theater and everyone piled out from behind the stage.

I usually prefer more zombies too, but the clown car rooms are too ridiculous and take me right out of the game :P

I've had breaks go away magically this alpha too, with no point invested to make it happen, and no gear, pretty sure it's just a bug that helps randomly

When I did Minotaur theatre all the roof zombies woke up before I got on the roof and destroyed just about every door in the poi getting to me, so I had no idea where to go next
So... Every time I wants to clear a tier 6 I have to carry 3 stacks of pipe bombs and atomic junks if I don't want to waste thousands of bullets?

What happened to the Legendary items are crafting only?
man this was my first level 5 poi and i took only 300 7.62 and some magnum...and yeah it went very badly😛
A month of grinding ammo gone in one location in a puff of smoke, I bet the end loot was epic.
How do u lock the items in your backpack, I noticed it when you mass transferred the stuff from your gyro to your truck in the first 2mins?
If you look at the top of your backpack, there are “” where 0 is a toggle number. Click the right arrow to lock those slots. 5 means 5 locked slots. This used to require a mod, but the pimps added it recently. Very helpful. I can’t tell you how many time I activated a quest to find out I left ammo at home 😢

Repulsor mod
One of the Tech Junkie(?) volumes allow you to craft this modification named the Stun Repulsor mod, put that on your stun baton.

it's not that the game can't handle spawning that many zombies it's that your game settings don't allow it you can increase the total zombie spawns.
That's not how the spawn mechanics work, that only affects horde night. Even if it did work the way you think it does, i have it set to the maximum of 64🤡
@IzPrebuilt there's still a max zombie spawn outside of blood moons which i believe is 64 by default unsure if you can change that value but it does exist...
All the work the fun pimps did was pointless it’s day 30 and u have level 5 and 6 weapons and tools 😂😂😂
Because Iz is Iz, I would be struggling in my 2014 pc with a tier 3 with an stealth build wich long time ago worth horse sh*t thanks to The Fun Police making ambush zombies in every POI
Think stealth max perks with tier 6 amour is pretty op from watch GNS but it’s boring to watch so may not be that fun to play (it also kinda crap for horde nights if your not sitting on a roof😂)

Oh it can be alot worse. Try day 8 with steel sledgehammer quality 6 and quality 6 armor and tools almost at the same with point with auger.
It's truly amazing how bad the pimps fucked up this games balance on alpha 22
I mean day thirty is 30 hours into a playthrough, it makes more sense than in the first like week having all that like before.

i am gone say it a legendary part for mission completion of a infested tier is just bad , you need to get a real reward for those missions not just part ( you need shit loads of items to make stuff out of it ) thy f'd the reward system real bad up if you ask me no hate on creators , but f the pimps , regulars are f'd in this game now just look@ the ridicule's amount you need for the drone f'ng 90 duck tape you ever seen something whit 90 rolls of duck tape on ( 1rol =50meters of tape ) 60 steel ingots ( +- 70 kilo's of steel ) the amount of cloth needed insane that is just ridicules . f that sht those pimps are the r word for making those requirements . ( removed tier 6 loot out of rewards replaced it whit 1 single part ) love the creator , f those pimps FREE UPDATE's FOR CONSOLE THY PAID TO FOR THE GAME .

No. No it isn't. It's a T6 quest. If I go to the wasteland and do a T1 poi, am i doing a T3 quest? No that would be incredibly misleading.
The biomes have their own "skull modifier" where that gets added to whatever you're doing. It's meant to indicate the danger associated with that biome, like how the zombies and loot are scaled up. More skulls means tougher zombies and better loot, but the Red skulls indicate the tier of the POI. 3 red skulls means a tier 3, and if there's 2 orange skulls, that means it'll be tougher and more rewarding (in terms of loot) than 1 orange skull, which is tougher and more rewarding than no orange skulls.
